(12/04/2023) This appears to have an extra shift lever (probably an overdrive). It also has a Koenig bed extender and a Sears-style half-cab. There could be some value here.

I’ll the question tomorrow, as I don’t know the answer. I did use photoshop to estimate that the size looks to be a 2-to-1 ratio, meaning if the height is 2″, the length is probably about 4″.
Hopefully, we’ll get a response.
