“1953 Willis jeep. Rare flat fender high hood. All original overhead valve 4cyl. Runs good. Has complete soft top. Selling for friend who has owned this jeep almost 10 years.”
Runs and drives, but needs clutch.
“I have what I believe (after researching serial numbers) to be a 1958 cj3b willys jeep for sale.Do not have a Title though .It was given to me with a bad clutch several years ago by a friend, I was going to just use it around my property or make a project vehicle out of it later on if I could aquire a title for it.I have started it several times since aquiring it and the engine sounds pretty good considering the age of it and the fact that it sat a few years before me aquiring it.I did drive it around a little bit and the gears all worked but the clutch was slipping so bad I had to park it.It would make a great project vehicle or for parts for someone elses project (since the parts are probably hard to find).I did call the DMV and it sounds like you could possibly get a title for it without to much hastle given its age.asking 1500.00 for it.Also has a small plow with it.Thanks for looking Ray”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2200
(06/27/2011) I think the driver’s entrance has been modified a bit. Seems like it might be a good price though.

“This original flatfender Jeep is ready for immediate off-road use or perfect for a restoration project. The engine (F134, 4-cylinder) has been rebuilt and runs well. Almost everything on it is in working order. Drivetrain (Engine, transmission, transfer case, axles, etc) is completely original and all numbers match. Transmission and transfer case are fully functional. Off-road tires (31 x 10.50) are in great condition.
This Willys came with the optional super-low gearing in the differentials (5.38 : 1). So it’s got plenty of torque to climb up and over all sorts of stuff. It comes with a service manual, bikini top, and a few other accessories. For more details or questions, call Mike at 619-459-5929.”
