It’s a later model 3B tub.
“CJ-3B body tub and top $650. The tub has some rust and would require some patch panels. The top is pretty rough, but might be salvageable.”

“Rebuilt Willys Jeep for sale. Runs and drives well. Approximately 3,000 miles on rebuilt, original F-head engine. Freshly rebuilt 3-speed manual transmission. New battery. Recent exhaust system. All electrical components work. Soft top included. Ready to enjoy.”
Looks like a good start to a project.
“This is a project I recently bought with intentions of finishing it but have no time. The motor has been rebuilt but never fired, only thing it lacks from running is a gas tank fuel lines and wiring. No rust it has been reskinned. Any questions feel free to text or call!”

Has some parts value at the very least.
“CJ3b needs complete restoration, has usual rust, cracked windshield, motor turns but not run for several years, needs wiring, have drivers-side fender.”

Looks solid.
“For sale is a 1955 Willy’s Jeep. It has many new parts and is very usable and reliable. The Jeep was a barn find from West Chester, and is believed to have 55,000 original miles. It has the F 134 engine backed by a 3 speed transmission and a 2 speed transfer case. Everything works including the four wheel drive. The willy’s is great off road and has been updated with a roll bar, 12 volt, electrical system, alternator, and seat belts. Very fun and gets a lot of looks. Selling to buy a house.”
The winch has some value, but not sure how much there is beyond it.
“I have a 58 or 59 willis cj3b with new seats an gas tank, over head valve 4 cylinder i believe it needs a fuel pump it wkll turn over but will not crank it has an electric ramsey 8000lb winch tires are good has records of it worked on it hasnt been touched in 2 years call”

“For sale is my willies bought for plow vehicle but got a pickup instead to haul firewood. Starts runs stops and drives has 12 volt alternator kit needs to be hooked up and finished the top in the pix is off right now but I have it, tub is pretty cooked brakes work also has plow. I put a 12 colt starter in it as well 2000 b/o”
Looks nice.
“1960 CJ3B. Red, originally white. Very good shape, runs very well. Needs nothing. ZERO RUST. Soft Top Bikini Top, Jeepster wheels, carpet, optional heat, over drive. Brand new brake shoes, cylinders. 12 volt conversion, generator rebuilt in 2013. Fresh oil change. Original hard top with doors comes in sale. Original hurricane 4-cylinder motor. 66,xxx actual miles. My father bought this brand new in Austin Texas and he owned it until 2009, at which point I obtained it when he was no longer able to drive. So this is a one family jeep for 57 years. It has been a driver, not a show car so it has the occasional scuff and the old radio no longer works.
Always stored indoors and presently in my garage where it has been parked every night. Clear and clean VA title in my name. Open to offers, cash speaks loudly. I am not forced to sell this Jeep so I won’t entertain any low ball offers. NADA has an average retail value of $14000 which I think is off (too high). This is very much an above average Jeep for a below average price. The final two pictures are one of me in the Jeep circa 1977 and one of my sons circa 2013. All of the other pictures were taken 6/3/17 with more to come. I can get pictures of whatever is requested.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000.

UPDATE: **Sold** Was $7500.
“The jeep was purchased from a Willys collector (second owner) in 2012 for $10,000 plus a jeep for which I paid $2,000, with $7,000 added since.
The original owner was in Western Oregon.
I wanted an original, green,Willys, with original paint, but not with the rust like most on the market. More than 50 jeeps in different States were considered before finding this one. The engine, transmission and Warn overdrive had been rebuilt when I purchased it with a roll bar. There are 25,153 miles on the jeep now.
The license plate designates the vehicle as a collectible, so you don’t need to pay for yearly tabs.
These are the additions since 2012; they were professionally done. Most receipts were kept:
Brakes, master cylinder, hoses, and wheel cylinders $1,114
Wheel bearings packed, replaced hub seals and tie rod $550
Rebuilt distributor, ignition coil, spark plugs $450
New muffler and tail pipe $286
Rebuilt carburetor, points, condenser $443
New thermostat and water pump $416
New fuel pump
Replace brake lights $31
New, stock clutch, value adjustment, wheel bearings $963
New battery $78
New, custom-made springs $668.36, kept originals.
New hood blocks $10.95
New rear floor mat $149.95
New Tow bar and cable
New trailer hitch (never towed anything; thought I would tow a rowing shell but didn’t.)

“1953 willys true military jeep 4×4 3 speed rebulit 4 cylender Runs needs the brakes put on I have new wheel cylinders and shoes for it all the way around front end and drive train have been redone needs pressure plate adjusted to be driven has new fuel tank and electronic pump needs to be hooked up has been converted to 12 volt lights have been rewired needs hooked up to the switch have a lot of extra parts just don’t have time to fix it up like I had planned asking $3500 or trade for something that catches my eye”
Craig share this one. It needs another body.
“All original. Solid and fresh engine, Willys F4-134 Hurricane. The engine is all production design which runs rock solid and very reliable. Engine rebuilt less than 2000 miles ago.
Plus, rare, desirable and all functioning power take off winch.
The body is very rusted, but the engine runs great.
The Willys F4-134 Hurricane is an inline-4 piston engine and powered the famous Jeep CJ in the CJ-3B, CJ-5, and CJ-6 models.
The tires are in very good shape.
Includes electro-hydraulic plow lift and a modest plow blade.
The gas tank has been updated to a newer plastic exact fit replacement.
I have owned her since 1984. Many, many awesome memories. I moved to a new house and just do not have the driveway space anymore. She might be rusty, but the engine is ready to go.”
