This is listed as a 1953 M-606, but I am not seeing anything that would indicate this is anything but a CJ-3B.

“1953 Willys CJ3B I believe. Clean title. decent body, some rust under the seats. Does not run, seems to be locked up. Could be an easy fix but I do not have the time, money or skill. I believe it is complete however obviously needs to be inspected before any deals are made. It is under cover in my barn now. Would entertain trades, interested in ATVs or Mules or lawn mowers (diesel or zero turns).”

“For sale 53 willys cj3b with cab and snow plow. This is a parts jeep. There is a frame and motor that has everything rebuilt. The former owner rebuilt everything on the frame and axels, motor, trans, dif, brakes and steering to new. He lost all the body and all the hardware in shed fire. The frame was in a different shed. Have both titles.$3000.00 for everything. Cj3b’s are rare.”

“1961 jeep cj data plate says its a cj3b, wheelbase is correct for that model; 80 inches. Has the original hurricane 4 c,ylinder engine, freshly built carb and added an electric fuel pump 3 spd trans with hi/lo transfer case. Engine doesn’t knock or smoke. Clutch good, tranny shifts smoothly. Had been sitting for three forevers when I bought it, was not running. Still has original oil-bath air filter. Body is straight, some rust repair has been done in the past, but it is basically sound. At some point someone changed the front clip because it has the rounded hood and fenders, not the high hood and square fenders that are correct for the cj3b. It needs a restoration. Needs windshield, fuel tank, and the brakes need going through. I have a set of seats from a honda accord that I was going to use in it, but never got that far with the project. Neat little jeep, just needs re-doing and a good home. I am going to attempt to list pictures but if they don’t make the post I will be happy to text them to your phone. I can deliver this jeep if necessary.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500 …. Terry noticed this is an ex-airline 3B. Note the angled passenger rear wheel well. It looks as if someone grafted another body piece onto the back of this to make it appear normalish.
I’m gonna guess it doesn’t run. Interesting dash mod.
“I have a flat fender high hood Willys I would like to trade for a street legal motorcycle preferably a sportster or Harley basket case, might take a dual sport or a cruiser if it’s worth it”

“Willys Jeep CJ3B 1953. Runs like a top. Body off restoration 1000 miles ago. Great WWII era civilian utility vehicle painted to look like the military version. First year of new Willys F-head “Hurricane” engine…producing 75 hp. 36% more than the 55 hp produced by the previous flat head “Go Devil” Willys Jeep engine. Motor just rebuilt. Everything works like new.”
