“Im selling my winter project. Its a 1955 Willys Pickup with 4×4. It has a twin stick transfer case to control front and rear axles independently. I have a clear title for the Willys. It does turn over and I was told it ran when I bought it in December but I have a lot of work right now and can’t let this sit around gathering dust. The gas tank needs repaired/ replaced and otherwise it should be a good runner. All glass is good, windows even roll up and down. Does have rust, came from North Carolina.”

This looks pretty solid.  I suspect there’s an issue with the engine?

“2 willys jeep trucks. 52 in decent shape, take little work to get running. Fresh rebuilt engine swapped in, new wiring harness not finished. Front axle broken with good replacement on second truck. Rear axle is a more rare timken heavy duty. No title for 52 truck originally form MT and all stock. 53 truck in worse shape. No engine, good cab. Bed is savable. Everything still there except engine and firewall is cut out by previous owner. Must have had a larger engine in it. Bought it for parts but could make a good truck with some work. You could make one good truck with axle from second or fix the axle and make one good stock truck and a good modified truck with newer drivetrain! Neat project, some extra parts come with it all. “1957 Willys 4X4 pick-up. Complete, unrestored, and 99% original. Modifications are, 12V alternator, split dual master brake cylinder, and electric windsheild wiper motor. 226 ci “Hurricane” flathead engine, .030 OS with recent ring job. Front bumper valance, and accessory windsheild visor. This is a turn key vehicle, it is on the road daily and performs as a 1957 vehicle would. Wipers, defroster, turn signals, radio, gauges, CB radio, horn, interior light, 4X4, everything is there and works. Only non working item is fuel tank sending unit, and some cracked window glass. Really a great functional truck, used last week to haul wood, two months before and currently to get to work in the snow. Clean title and currently registered. Have extra misc.engine and body parts. This has a pop in the rear, but otherwise appears solid.  It might make a good restoration candidate.

“1962 Willys Pickup. Original 6 cylinder engine. 35,000 original miles. Floorboards are solid, all gauges and lights work. Body is in great shape but does need some paint, primer is showing through in spots. Glass is good all the way around with two cracks on the lower right-hand corner of the driver door and two small cracks up high near the center of the windshield. Seat needs re-upholstered. Has been a great truck for me but has developed a popping noise in the rear differential. I parked it so as to not damage it.”
