UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
Might make a good project.
“This is among the rarest of all the Willys jeeps. This is a 1951 panel delivery and there were only 154 made. This one came to me in a lot of cars I bought. I had to buy all of them to get the one I wanted so I ended up with others that I’m going to sell. This cool old ride has a 1971 model 302 Mustang engine and transmission, as well as a Ford 8” rear end (with 2.79 gears). All I’ve done under the hood since I’ve owned it is rebuild the carburetor and replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump and changed the oil & filter. The engine starts right up and runs good. The transmission works just as it should also. I put a new master cylinder on it but only have rear brakes. I believe that the front wheel cylinders are seized up. I bought rebuild kits for the front wheel cylinders but have not had time to rebuild them.
UPDATE: Still Available.
(09/17/2015) Looks nice.
“I have a partially restored 1961 Willys Wagon. Motor, brakes, radiator, starter, alternator all 100 % restored and rebuilt. Drivetrain works great. New paint inside and out. needs interior and a little TLC. I have paperwork on all engine specs and receipts for all work that was done. I also have pictures of restoration from start to present. I am only selling because I started another project and I don’t want the truck to sit in storage.”
