1946 Fortune Magazine on eBay
It appears the August 1946 issue of Fortune Magazine has an interesting Willys Overland article.
“This complete Fortune magazine is in really nice original condition. The cover has no edge tears or creases, but there is a scuff on the right and bottom edges. The lower left edge shows minor scuffs. The illustration is vivid against a clean background.
The spine has minor scuffs at the top and bottom. The magazine is still securely bound. As I thumb thru this magazine, the inside pages appear clean with no tears, creases or dog eared corners. The back cover has no edge tears or creases. The illustration is vivid against a nice and clean background.”

Tuco Puzzle of WWII Jeep on eBay

“This is a nice vintage 1941-47 Tuco Picture Puzzle, “Willys “Jeep” Used in Attack”, 300-500 pieces. Tuco – “T” he “U” pson “Co”, was a subsidiary of the Upson Company that produced 3/16″ wallboard for home construction. Their puzzles originally sold for 69 cents, and are “extra thick” pieces made from their wallboard that were extremely popular. The company survived the depression by making puzzles on their wallboard when construction dwindled. Box is very good; pieces are excellent. Believe puzzle is complete; no odors or damage. “For sale : Super cool Jeep FC-170 4 wheel drive. Has been re-powered with a Ford 6 cylinder , looks like a 300 but not sure. Has Jeep trans and Dana 44’s front and rear. I bought it with the intent of restoring it or putting the cab on a late model GM van chassis, but have no time. I’ve been too busy to take a battery and gas can to it so I don’t know if it runs or not. Everything looks complete, body is not perfect but not junk either-minor rust in the usual places. Doors open and close nicely. The flatbed is wood with corrugated steel over,wood is pretty rotted. Frame has light scale but is real solid. Rolls nice and steers well. Have clear title but didn’t change it into my name.“

I had it running well and drove it for a couple years till military service called my name. Its ready to start the rebuild and I have all the original equipment to include frame, tub, windshield, tow bar, F104 engine, PTO unit, and many more additional pieces. The hard top in pic is not for this unit but with some cutting and machine work could fit. I’m not going to rebuild so make an offer.
