“1942 Ford GPW restomod project for sale. All power train and drive train has been rebuilt or replaced or upgraded. Runs and drives and stops. Rancho springs, conferr shackles, body lift, 31″ tires. Saginaw steering and upgraded front and rear crossmembers. Warn premium hubs. Original grille, hood, and dash. Original data plates with matching frame serial number. Fiberglass tub and fenders. New windshield and frame. New bestop tigertop. Fuel cell. Needs some minor electrical and body work and making sure everything is torqued. Engine is a rebuilt MB engine. New T90 trans. Rebuilt transfer case and axles. 11″ drum brakes. 12v conversion. New Optima red top. Reman carb, painless wiring harness. “I bought this rig about 1-1/2 ago for the fiberglass body for another project. It did not have the motor or transmission at that time. It has a Ford 5.0 HO Roller Cam motor with GT-40 Heads and ford motorsport E303 Cam shaft, Edelbrock performer intake and edelbrock 625 cfm CARB and Street rod drop Headers. Has 120amp alt, small high torque starter. The transmission is a C-4 transmission has been gone thru by Transaction transmission in Forest Grove.
It is a 2 wheel drive, has front solid axle and updated steering “old school” has a Camaro 10 posi rear end. Has power vacuum assist brakes.
Previous owner said curb weight was 2140 LBS with conservative 275 Horsepower =7.78lb/hp
That translates into just plain FUN.
What it needs left to do, install electric fuel pump, transmission cooler, Aluminum radiator, I have all the parts new just sitting there and ready to go.
Exhaust needs done yet.
I’m willing to split the deal if someone wants fiberglass body or engine and transmission if the offer is right. I’m scared to think the amount of money I have in this my loss your gain.”

“Its a 1953 Willy’s Jeep 4×4 fiberglass body with stainless grill.
Engine is a 350 Chevy, stock bore with eye browed pistons 10.5 to 1.00 compression.
Has a Lunati 520 lift cam, roller rockers, gear drive, Weiand dual carb tunnel ram with Holley 660 center squirters and Barry Grant upgrade kits, headers and MSD 6 distributor and ignition.
Has run 4.80s at KRP sand drags.
Drive train is a Chevy 4 speed Muncie, 538 gears Dana 60 with lockers, locking hubs, BorgWarner overdrive, steel axles,11in. lightened flywheel and Centerforce clutch.
There are two sets of tires and rims.31×15.50 Terra’s and 33.5×12.50 Pro comp wranglers w/ M/T rims. Frame is boxed for high torque traction.(Jeep is street legal with papers in storage.)
Single axle trailer with check plate ramps and tilt also included with sale.
Extra parts include:
Edelbrock single aluminum manifold and carb, 850 Holley complete
2 extra Holley carbs.(660 & 750)
4 speed Muncie with adapter.
T-90 w/ adapter.
Two transfer cases.
Stainless steel hood and fenders.

(10/16/2013) I tried to get some pics of the 3B body, but didn’t have any luck. That sounds like the most interesting part.

(10/08/2013) This looks solid. It has a fiberglass body with a few other updates.
“1946 CJ2A Willys Jeep in great shape. Turn key and runs and drives great. Has a fiberglass body with a fresh paint job and new wiring. Fuel inj 4.3 V6 with Advance adapters fender well headers and new mufflers and tip outs. T90 trans and dana 18 T/C are tight and in perfect shape. Original Dana 41 rear and Dana 25 front differentials. 11 inch brakes and all new clutch components. 33 inch TSL tires with plenty of tread. New electric fuel pump, gauges, windshield glass, seats, bikini top. Aftermarket front lock out hubs were rebuilt and in great shape. Headlights, tail lights, horn, blinkers and wipers all work great. This is not a half done project that you need to finish, this is a turn key and off you go flat fender jeep. (03/17/2014) Given the name on the tailgate it is clear this is a Fiberglass Bobcat body. If you look at the first pic you can see the windshield frame sitting on the cowl with only part of the rubber. This builder discovered what I and other discovered. The cowl wasn’t formed quite right to fit the windshield correctly. So, this builder decided only to protect the driver from rain.

“This is the Jeep the Army would have wanted in 52. CJ3A with a 350 V8, turbo 350 trans and a B&M slapstick shifter. The Jeep has fiberglass tub with brand new Hot Rod Flatz olive drab paint, disc brakes, 3 inch lift, 32 inch tires on 15×10 rims, lined tub with a full carpet kit, overhead console with a am/fm cd player in it, 14 gallon tank, custom tire carrier with 2 inch hitch, block heater, side steps, padded roll bar, dual exhaust, electric wipers, and a full soft top in great shape.
The trailer is a jeep frame with a cut down tub and new paint. it has two large ammo cans and two new jerry cans on it. All of the tires are interchangeable with the jeep and trailer. the tub is rhino lined and it has reinforced corners and back on it.
I don’t have to sell it or need help selling it but I have found another project car I would like to restore. probably not interested in trading. $10,500.00”

I am selling it because i need a more practical vehicle right now, its very sharp and nothing has been done to it lately other then its been driven.
This vehicle Is made to be an off road vehicle. Mud, rocks, etc….
She is not made for the road, Top speed around 45mph, (can go on road just not fast enough)
Has the old fashioned (original) start petal at your feet, key only runs the electric and turns on the electric fuel pump.
Baja rack will need welded back on but is fully intact and ready to go. Just removed because I liked it better without.
