“1955 Jeep M170 Field Ambulance – the stretched version of the standard jeep. Wheelbase like a Scrambler. Runs and drives great. This is as clean as any M170 you will ever find – they are rare and you just don’t see any in this condition for anywhere near this price. About 25,000 miles. All parts are original. Fun to drive and a great show or parade vehicle. Have Texas title, is licensed for 5 years.”
Interesting build.

“This is a western car that was brought East. It is the original body mated to an 83 Ford Ranger chassis and uses the Ford running gear, V6 and automatic. Lots of changes like reversed doors, power windows, electric wipers, power seat, remote door openers, custom taillights, custom bumpers, tinted glass, dual exhausts, custom paint and more. This is a street rod and it is licensed and on the road, driven only in the summer but driven everywhere. It runs along fine on the turnpikes and keeps up with traffic at any legal speed. I am downsizing my collection so I am not interested in any trades.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8500.
Looks solid.
“This CJ-3A was found in Colorado and towed to Wrightwood where it was purchased in 2001.
It had been hand painted and decorated with a brush. Although it still ran it was very very tired.
With the help and guidance of the most recent owner (Vietnam Vet), there was a frame off restoration done!
Along with a completely rebuilt engine and transmission, the body was removed and straightened piece by piece.
51 years of dirt and grease were removed from the frame and repainted.
This Jeep was put back together just in time in 2003 for the Wrightwood Car Show.
Today this Little Flattie is completely original. All of the gauges have been replaced with original equipment.
The electrical system has been rewired to original specifications.
Except for the 15-inch rims that replaced the original 16 inch, this is what it looked like
on the show room floor in 1950.”
UPDATE: Still Available.

“Documented frame off restoration and 12 volt done by previous owner. Always stored indoors.
It started right up and idles properly after two years of sitting. The known issues:
Pops out of 2nd gear, leaks at rear diff seal and maybe rear seal on engine.
Also this time around the brake pedal goes to the floor so brakes not operating.
Engine serial does not match. This rig needs attention, I’m not a mechanic.
You will need to trailer it away. Collector plates, $9,000.00 cash no counter offers please.”
Appears in good shape.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $17,500.
Looks good. It does lack top bow holders, but that’s a minor quibble.
“This jeep has had a complete frame off restoration restoring it to its original like-new condition starting with reproduction tub, fenders, tailgate, windshield, hood and grill all purchased from Willys Overland in Toledo, OH. All drive train components, springs, transmission, engine, electrical, etc were either professionally rebuilt or replaced with new old stock or repro parts-all receipts come with purchase. Body and paint work were done by an auto body professional in a authentic Luzon Red with harvest yellow rims and accent paint.
This vehicle has been driven less than 500 miles since its restoration was completed in 2009. I’m regretfully selling this since I have 4 others and I need to part with some due to tackling a major house renovation. This jeep starts quickly, runs like new and is ready for the beach, mountains, ranch, farm or wherever you want to enjoy it. I have outfitted it with new lap seat belts in front and rear seats which were not not originally installed in these jeeps.”
Looks good.

Drives like an old jeep, don’t expect anything else.. Call for more info. I don’t need help selling it. ”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,000.
“Just for heck of it I’m listing my 1952 Willys CJ3A Jeep for trade consideration. The price is basically a “ballpark value” measuring tool. I’m just listing for trade vehicles I may want more than my Jeep, NOT because I need to sell or don’t like my Jeep. It is getting harder to drive as I’m getting older and would like a toy (JEEP ) that’s easier to drive, which will make sense if you read my trade list below.
Stats:
UPDATE: just installed rear fender flares.
Rebuilt 1979 Pontiac 2.5 Iron Duke 4 cylinder with a little over 30,000 on it.

Rebuilt Saginaw manual steering.
11 inch drum brakes.
