I only studied this photo since I also own a 1960 CJ5. Always look at those.
Parking lamps are too large to be a 1960.
Minor point, but, what model year is it then?
Brian, good catch on the parking lights. The picture is not very clear, but appears to have short fenders (55-71). The larger parking lamps started in “69”( if they are original ), so possibly “69” to “71”. More pictures would help to determine the year. It sure looks older, quite possibly someone installed newer parking lamps, I don’t think the grills are easily swapped, with out modifications.
I was wondering if those grille parking lights had been added. To me they appear to stick out farther than the later model large parking lights would have. For example, compare the photo above to this one: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/xXGt4PuxjcY/maxresdefault.jpg

Its really hard to tell with out a better picture, but fun to speculate, it keeps the jeep spotter skills up to date.
