Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The jeep is mostly disassembled, but there is a pic of the chassis with the drive train and steering wheel. Not sure how much value is here, but there appears to be some. It looks like it has a PTO as well.

Year and model? That looks to be a circa 1982 injection-molded milk crate. Couple that with an empty five gallon paint bucket, and there’s not much you can’t do.
