This vehicle is Right Hand Drive and 4 speed manual on the column shifting. 4WD floor mounted lever with another overdrive lever in every gear selector lever.

This 1982 Mitsubishi Jeep J37 is a gas-powered, right-hand-drive 4×4 station wagon that was purchased by a serviceman while stationed in Japan and imported to Texas in May 2018 then sold to the current owner and is now titled in Florida. Engine a 2.6-liter inline-four paired with a 4-speed manual gearbox, and the Jeep has an older repaint. This J37 shows just over 42k kilometers (26k miles) and is offered with import documents and a clean Florida title.

The Jeep was reportedly finished a 2-tone scheme originally, but was repainted in solid tan by a previous owner in Japan. Areas of corrosion along the roof drip rails as well as bubbling in other locations.
Black-painted 15″ steel wheels have 215/80 Dunlop Grandtrek SJ6 tires with aftermarket chrome moon hubcaps with the front wheel centers cut out for access to the manual 4×4 locking hubs.

Aftermarket interior features include the bench seat upholstery, matching door pockets, wood-rimmed steering wheel, and woodgrain dash trim. Rubber matting and loose carpet covers the floors with the exception of the rear cargo area, where the full-size older bias classic spare tire is mounted. Has a missing front passenger sun visor, looseness in the headliner and one rip.

An aftermarket stereo was added by a prior owner in Japan and is now removed but included. The 5-digit odometer shows just over 42k kilometers (26k miles) Please note that the rear passenger-side window is stuck closed and the air conditioning system works will need to be serviced with older type freon to blow cold again.

The 2.6-liter Mitsubishi Astron G54B gasoline inline-four supplies power to the rear or all four wheels through a 4-speed manual gearbox, 2-speed transfer case for each gear, and manually-locking front hubs. An oil change, spark plug inspection, and carburetor cleaning were performed in June 2018.

There appears to be a coating was previously applied to the frame and undercarriage.”

    I guarantee that no one in the US will steal this to take it for a joy ride! Column shift 4 speed, with the shift on the left side of the right hand drive steering!
