This video covers Short Cut, a concept compact throwback jeep that lacks a top and doors shared by Bill. The video also describes this jeep as “cheap”, but I suspect the price-point on one of these would still be substantial. If this ever went to production, I expect buyers would be looking for top options at some point. Stainless Jeeps For Sale in the Philippines
Thanks to bill, here’s a short video showing a lineup of stainless steel jeeps for sale in the Philippines.
Massimo Mini Jeep
Bill shared this video of a guy walking through and driving a Massimo mini-jeep. I’ve seen ads for these posted in various FB and Craigslist ads, but this is the first video I’ve seen. At $2500 through Tractor Supply, they aren’t a trivial purchase, but I have to say they do look kind of fun!
Hamilton Pedal Jeep Fresno, CA $650
Mike shared what appears to be a good price on a nicely restored Hamilton Jeep.
“Recently restored 1950s Hamilton Jeep pedal car”
1949 Jeepster West Plains, MO $8000
This might be a good price. More info on Barnfinds.

“I have a very nice, mostly original 1949 Willys Jeepster VJ2. It runs, stops, and drives very well. It has the original seat covers under protective covers, the original floor mats, again under protective floor mats, and the original interior panels, working heater, instrument cluster, and even the original radio that works. It has the original L134 engine with the 3 speed transmission and the overdrive. The top is after market, but it is custom to accommodate the very rare glass rear window. The beauty wheel trim rings and the hub caps are also original. It has new modern tires. All the chrome work is original and in amassing condition. It has a very small rust area on the passenger side floor behind the front seat. I think this one belongs in a museum or in a private collection that can do it justice.”
Year? GPW Rimrock, AZ $8500
This is listed as a 1941 MB, but the tool lids and other items suggest it is a later model GPW. This also has an early set of Allstate branded Husky hubs.

“1941 WILLYS MB JEEP This jeep is ready for restoration for someone who has the passion, knowledge and time (which unfortunately is not us right now). – [ ] Appears to have the original paint and seats. – [ ] All original except for the Allstate locking hubs. – [ ] 4-cylinder; 6-volt system. – [ ] Sitting on 4 good tires (replaced two tubes). – [ ] The engine turns over, but we have not attempted to start it. – [ ] New battery. – [ ] Needs gas tank under driver seat (included but needs repair). – [ ] Lots of original and replacement parts (most still in the boxes). – [ ] Manual with all the info on the vehicle, how to replace, rewire, restore. – [ ] Been in Arizona so only two spots of rust on the passenger floorboard and on the body undercarriage. – [ ] Arizona historic plates. – [ ] Ready to be loaded on a trailer and delivered.”
1943 GPW Grand Junction, CO $5000
This seems worth a look. Someone did a nice job of fitting that Ford hardtop onto the jeep.

“This is a legit ’43 Willys MB GPW (WW2 Jeep) with some killer, custom additions! It’s mostly stock, at someone point someone swapped in a ‘newer’ F-Head engine and added the hood bump to clear the carburetor. A cab roof and rear panel were cut from a ’32-33 Ford pickup and fit onto the MB, with the factory visor! The hard doors are home-built. It also has a custom rear step bumper, a couple 5 gallon gas cans in the bed, a draw bar for towing and a killer bench seat in great condition! The body is pretty straight and fairly solid, but there are some spots of rust. Mostly the floor supports under the ‘bed’, as it held water over the years. Unfortunately the F-Head engine is locked up solid… it’ll need a new engine. I do have a clean title in hand for it.”
1960 FC-170 w/Alaskan Camper Clovis, CA $20,000
The Alaskan camper appears to be in pretty good shape. This also has a dump bed.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2018296565269792
“It has a 283 V-8 dual exhaust, transmission is Chevy turbo 350, transfer case Dana 18, running gear stock 4.88 limited slip front and rear, electric over hydraulic dump bed, upgraded vacuum boost power assist brakes, upgraded windshield wiper gear box, original seats that need redone. Speedometer and horn not working. Rust holes behind driver seat. We have overdrive unit and extra gears and transfer case housing. The 12ft Alaskan camper comes with it if desired with 4 crank jacks and truck rack to store on. It’s a runner and tags licensed and insured.”
1972 Jeepster Commando New Harbor, ME $22,000
This low-mileage (less than 18k) late-model Commando was shared by Bill. Looks ready to go. It is featured on Barnfinds.com.
https://maine.craigslist.org/cto/d/new-harbor-1972-jeep-commando/7785799968.html
“All original with no rust. Both hard top and soft top. 3-speed manual transmission.”
1960 FC-170 Rolling Chassis Los Angeles, CA $3900
This appears solid.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1038637577148248
“1960 Jeep Fc-150 This is a roller(No motor no transmission) No rust (California truck) Decent paint We have Lein sale paperwork . Will help provide title if in state of California if not, not necessary Our restomod plans got canceled so now it’s for sale. Great candidate for an E/V conversion (have estimate) Price is Firm!”
Year? CJ-5 Aurora, CO $7900
I thought this CJ-5 had a tux park badge, but I think it’s a little too short and in the wrong place (and it is a 1962 or earlier model). It does have a ventilating windshield and a classic Colorado bumper.

“Antique Jeep that’s been in our family for years, it runs needs a little bit of work.”
1947 CJ-2A Wisconsin Rapids, WI $2850

“1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A. Survivor condition runs drives brake work. New master cylinder. Brake lines etc. Curren title.”
1945? GPW Morgan Hill, CA Make Offer
Someone might be able to use the parts on this rig. I’m wondering what is on the large dash plate to the left of the glove box. No description provided.
1969 CJ-5 Paso Robles, CA $6000
The body looks solid, though it has a few dents. The Selectro sticker on the dash is what caught my eye with this rig. I didn’t know that style of sticker existed.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/452947934388821/
“Classic Jeep, pre-clean air rules. Been used on ranch since 1974 so there are some dings to be sure. Odometer stopped years ago but since it was only on the ranch I doubt if there’s more than 30,000 miles total.”
1946 CJ-2A Sylmar, CA $6750
This has some dash updates that might have been pretty fancy back in the day. It seems to have a little rust, along with some mods.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1200858044654133
“This is a running and registered 1946 Willys. It is not a new jeep so, avoid asking questions related to a new vehicle purchase; stop imagining you are going to see a new jeep when you pay with pocket change o Between 1946 and today San Pedro has welcomed some relatives and is counting with you and I to stop by when the big guy calls us if you catch my wind so, its a 78 year old jeep Not many running around these days, this one runs Expect bruises, scratches to add chatacter to this vehicle Manual transmission 4×4 V6 engine Runs great You never need a smog check on this Jeep so, savings right away forever I have Razor seats on it at the moment Razor seats truly make it more comfy Lights work fine but, LEDS would make it stand out Breaks have been re done all the way around Will need new tires when you decide however, im driving it every day Test drive it you know you need to have fun. Its your money, no need to ask any questions until, you test drive it”
1950 Hudson House Car Visalia, CA $8500
I just had to share this oddity.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/439926095472355
“1950 Hudson HouseCar Very well built !!! Could be a great restoration $8,500 offer”
Year? DJ-3A? Madera, CA $5000
This is listed as a 1956, but the dash is not a DJ-3A, though the body does lack a normal driver’s side fuel inlet. Not sure how much value is here.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1177264753267722
“56 Jeep Willys project Jeep, extra parts for project. $5,000 or best offer. Not looking to trade. Serious inquiries only.”

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/807677541312684
“I don’t know too much about this other than I am pretty sure, according to the serial number on the frame, that this was built in December of 1942. This rolls very easily to get it on a trailer. No title.”

Newest Folk Art “Jeep”
Before I return to working on the FC, I am finishing what I started before our Balloonfest event; I am completing a thorough cleaning and organizing of the shop. I even bought one of these nut/bolt organizers to reduce the hunt for nuts and bolt and other items that are stuffed into cans that sit on my table tops. Some of these cans of bolts were ones that I put into cans back in the mid 1980s. Clearly, I’m not going to use some of them, so it’s time to sort, dump and organize!
I picked this folk art “jeep” off of ebay for cheap. I think it is supposed to be a Fiat Campagnola, or some derivation of it. HOWEVER, I later re-discovered these were sold through Hobby Lobby. I even posted about this (thanks to John) back in 2022, but I forgot about it … oh well, at least I didn’t pay much for it!
