“1961 Forward Control Willy’s Jeep. Currently not running. Has some rust and dings. 94,350 miles on it, V8 engine. Make offer.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3800.
Engine is locked.
“Fore Sale is a 1959 Willys Jeep FC170. The truck has a flathead Hurricane straight 6. The drivetrain is all there, but the engine is locked up and is not feasible to get running without a total rebuild. The truck would make a great engine swap candidate. There is some rust in the normal spots but is all very fixable. The frame is near perfect.
There is body damage, as shown in the pictures and the windshield needs to be replaced. It has a good title.
These trucks are getting hard to find. This is a project truck and a really solid starting point.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was No Price
This lacks a title.
“I have a jeep FC 170 that I picked up with the intention of giving new life.
Sadly, too much life and too many projects have thwarted my intentions.
It was in rough shape when I got it and I haven’t touched it since I unloaded it some years ago. It is a serious undertaking if you were to try to bring this back to life, lots of rust and I don’t believe the engine is reusable though I don’t know that for certain.
I’d like to try to find it a home where it gets some sort of use before its no good to anyone. I wish I had been able to get to it myself.
I’m not sure on the value honestly. That is something I would happily discuss with a seriously interested party. They are tough to find but this one is rough, sadly.
I don’t have a title. It would come with a Bill of Sale, in NH, ME that and a vin verification are all that’s needed to reg to it wasn’t a problem for me. It looks like it was last registered in 2005 in VT.
I’m happy to answer questions but seeing it in person is going to give you the most info I think.
Thanks.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(07/03/2019) It has a tailgate. if it’s in good shape at all, that’s worth some money.

“1957 Jeep FC 150 if you do you know what these are but they are super rare. Jeep built the FC on the frame of the CJ.
This one is in rough shape has some rest in the cab however the bed is in good shape. Just like the CJ it as a t90 transmission. Is powered by the unique F134 F-head
This is a project don’t email me unless you’re up for the project. I do not have the title for this I bought this about 10 years ago at the Portland swap meet”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(06/22/2019) The title shows it as a “1951”, but the seller refers to it in the description as a 1959. I suspect the title is for another jeep.

I have the last registration paper from the 1980’s in Oregon, where I bought it.
As long as this ad is up, the truck is available.

Texting is preferred, but if you want to call, leave a voicemail and I will call you back.

This could save someone with a bad cab a lot of work.

“(translated from French) Good morning to everything. My spouse is selling his truck for the sum of $ 5 000, here are the details. This is a flat-Nose Truck FC-170, 1963, four wheel drive with recording. For Advised Restorer. The engine is a super hurricaine that bathes in heating oil. There are only 7 known copies in Quebec. The Jeep forward control is a truck made by willys motors, later named Kaiser Jeep, from 1956 to 1965. The Advanced order models were mainly marketed as a corporate, municipal, military and civil working vehicles. The beds went from simple platforms to complete trailers, tilting trucks and fire trucks. Snow blower, scratch. Lumberjack truck. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7000.
This is an ex-fire truck. It may need some engine work.
“truck has 9000 miles, was a fire truck.
has small holes for roof lights, and switches
rust free, very original
still has factory grease marks on axels
was yellow, then repainted red.
the “cage” on the back is just set there, for my puppies, it comes right off
This jeep runs and drives, however it has spun a bearing. The distributor was never oiled, and it siezed one day here at the farm. THe distributor runs the oil pump, and when we towed it to the shop, and fixed the problem, it has a very distinctive knock in the lower end.
There is no smoke, it was not run this way. It does start and run.”
UPDATE: This may have sold. It was listed for about $2600 on the Swedish site https://www.blocket.se.
Oscar shared this FC for sale in Sweden. It only has about 1000 miles on it!
He wrote, “It has been used by the Swedish HWY maintenance dept. and it was common that these vehicles had very low miles. 4 owners only and fairly low price, SEK 25.000 which is about $2.600”
Oscar shared this FC with what I assume is a custom bed.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000.
(06/28/2019) Jordan spotted this ad. The cab seems like it’s in decent shape. It also has a Warn OD.
“This would be an awesome restoration project! Needs some restoration work as it’s been stored in a barn until recently. It’s got a Warren overdrive & a Chevy V8! It’s a collector’s item and would be a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Come check this out before it’s gone.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5300.
Tom spotted this one. It runs and drives. Has a little rust.
“1963 Willy Jeep fc-170 4×4.. upgraded brakes, alternator, hoses, and tune up.. started and drove after sitting for 18 years.. 226 ci super hurricane straight 6 motor.. 3 speed on floor.. has rust but fixable.. too cool and original to part out.. has a manual winch in the bed that works and has a gin pole setup but no poles”
Contact Dennis at wilsonauction1@ gmail.com for more info.
“I have a 1962 Willys FC DRW with a steel dump bed stock motor and transmission. Has a good title and has rust in all the normal places.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
(02/06/2019) I’m guessing it doesn’t run?
“Former Joshua, TX firetruck. I’m not sure what fire apparatus it originally had on the back. I bought this just over 5 years ago in west Texas. It’s been garaged the entire 5 years it’s been in Michigan. The body has some but very little rust, a few dents and dings, and the frame is in great shape. It has a 4-speed transmission, which I’m not sure is original to this VIN. I have a transfer case for it and Warn Overdrive. The Jayhawk dump apparatus on the frame is included, however it is not original to this truck. I have all components for the Jayhawk. I have a clear Michigan title in my name. ”
UPDATE: Now for sale on Facebook.
Was sold in May of 2019. Now up for sale again.

“This Jeep has all original everything. It’d be a great project car, and is a sure head turner & conversation piece! It’ll need some restoration work as it’s been in a barn until recently. But imagine all the neat things that could be done with this one of a kind Jeep, & all the memories that you could make!”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500.
Seems worth a look. Has some rust.
