“This beauty is amazing.
New tires, new clutch, refinished upholstery and floor boards.”
Sid-kris posted pics of this Willys Overland Package Van on Facebook (he was wondering what it was). This marks the third package van we’ve identified. The first is the one Jesse is rebuilding. The second was sold in 2014 in California (a slightly different model – see brochures here). This third one was spotted in West Virginia as I understand it. What’s unique about this one is that it is 4WD (the other two were 2WD).
Nice looking wagon.

“1949 willys overland, 2 wheel drive, selling for parts, very rusty, was grand pops, he went to paradise and left this behind, 4 cyl motor, no title, sold with bill of sale $500 obo or trade for fire sticks. Not running selling as a whole parts vehicle.”

“Parting ways with a 1962 Jeep Willys Wagon. Most all original, including 6-226 Super Hurricane engine. I believe the only modifications to body or mechanical is a small mounting tab on the left, front bumper (can be seen in some pictures) and the battery/starter wiring. Jeep ran up great until about 3 years ago. It had a starter motor or solenoid requiring some work, I didn’t have the time and now here we are…
Some typical rusting in the back panel of the tailgate, typical for this make/model – you can see this in the pictures. There are also some shallow dents in the roof (you can see these from the pictures). Otherwise, the body is in good shape. This jeep has been garaged for the last 10 years or so.
More pictures are available upon request. Title is clean and in hand.”
Looks like a good project.
“1948 Willys Wagon Chevy 400 Engine 4 speed trans, runs & drives good, Registered as 48 with 48 plate, crome tail lights, head lights & turn signals Brake lights all work, Bench seat W/ Belts. needs sum body work i have metal pieces for tailgate, ”
This had a coil fire at some point.
“I’m selling my 1950 Willy’s Overland Wagon. The car is complete and all original. Original flat 6 engine, trans, drive shaft, rear end and suspension. The interior is also all original and painted red like the outside. We are currently using the Wagon as storage so the inside is full of junk. Sorry, no pictures of the inside. It has 72243 miles on the odometer. I used to drive the Wagon around all the time before I parked it about 4 years ago. I used to attend many car shows and it always attracted attention.
The only reason I stopped driving the Wagon was because the coil caught on fire about 4 years ago. After that I parked it and it’s been sitting around. This is an easy fix. That is the only issue with the car. I plan on getting the car running soon, but I have way too many project and I must let some of them go”
