Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (Has a CJ3a windshield) Three speed on the floor with high and low range Front seats are not spec..but are nicely covered and match the back seat that is not shown. Soft top in excellant condition and only needs some tlc to clean storage dust. (DOORS NOT SHOWN) Engine ( 4 cylinder L Head Go Devil with 60 horse power) professionally rebuilt by RPM with just about everything under the hood replaced and new. Converted to 12 volt and has new electronic distributor. Also removed oil bath aircleaner and converted to regular cartridge cleaner. 4 wheel drive works and has locking hubs…GOOD RUBBER. Starts and run great. Only thing not operational is gas gauge. Lights work. New high speed starter. Always garaged. Have new chains for the tailgate. IS REGISTERED AND READY TO G”

“We received the vehicle in poor condition from a family member. We performed a body-off restoration to bring the car to its former glory. Converted it from a 6 volt to a 12 volt and threw on some bigger tires for safety concerns. Everything else is kept to original specs. Project began 10 years ago and finished around 6 years ago. She starts up every time and hasn’t had any major issues. We also have a backseat/bench that is not included in the pictures, it matches the front seats. The handbrake is NOT installed and we do not plan on doing so”

After market more comfortable suspension seats with seat belts. Push button removable steering wheel to make getting in and out easier.
Fresh brakes and drums on all four tires. Brand new tires and rims from 2017 Jeep Rubicon. Custom made roll cage. Aftermarket full tank mounted in the bed to increase the fuel range. Legit title with registration. Would make a great jeep to ride around town on a sunny day or something that would be fun to take to the farm for the weekend. Price is negotiable, would also be interested in trading for 2000s model jeep.”

“I have a 1946 Chassis and body that is a good start to complete a CJ2A. Motor turns over but I have never tried starting it. The body is original steel and was stored in a garage for 40 plus years. Color is a greenish yellow. It has a few panels which I would replace but is in very good condition, does NOT look like Swiss cheese. Chassis has complete drive train including axles, transmission, brakes and wheels. Tires are No Good. It was stored in Syracuse area for a number of years. It has a few gussets to front frame horns and rear V brace needs replacing. I looked for over 2 years to find these items and are the best I could find. Only reason I am selling is I have temporary storage but can’t keep there long term. I have an early flat fender parts vehicle that can be part of the deal.
I also have quite a few parts for various years and am willing to sell them as one lot. Don’t ask to buy individual parts etc. I have an offer to buy everything if I don’t sell as semi complete units.
I have a 1979 CJ5 also that needs extensive body work but frame and drive train are excellent. The 79 has NY title and it runs and drives with a temporary gas tank. I did not register it. The 79 has the 4.2 six cylinder motor. 1979 has good General AT2’s all around. 1979 is $1600 or best offer. I have a number of panels from Classic Industries for the 1979 that will go with it.

It starts right up and runs great. Bestop top for it, isn’t in the pictures. Clean title. Collector plates. Tow bar. New shocks and brakes. Tires in great shape. Re-cored the radiator recently. It’s a fun ride. I always wanted one of these since I was a teenager. After playing with it for 10+ years, it’s time to pass it on to the next dreamer.”
