“I am selling my classic 1948 Willy’s Jeep. This is a fun little car, but I should sell it to make ends meet for my last year of school. Here is a little info on the Jeep:
-It has a 1971 Ford 302 engine from a mustang in it (V8)
-Has a working transfer case to go between 4×2 and 4×4
-Has a clean Colorado Title (Vintage car registration so you don’t have to pass emissions)
-It presently does not run, it seems to be an electrical drain. Might need a jump start, cables got stolen though.
-Battery is 1 year old Continue reading

(10/24/2014) “Must see in person to truly appreciate ( I know everyone says that but I’m serious), color is not as overwhelming, and this jeep really is sweet.
Up for auction a 1947 Willys CJ2A flat fender, extremely nice!! Truck is powered by a 300hp 350 Chevy Crate engine. Edelbrock endurashine top half with dual 500cfm edelbrock thunder series carbs, RPM Air Gap Intake, MSD pro billet dizzy, Novak built sm420 tranny 4 spd with super low drive shaft breaking 1st gear, dana 18 twin stick transfer case, patriot tight tuck headers, 22×19 Aluminum racing radiator (with both mechanical and electrcial fans), Currie Axles, Currie Built Ford 9″ rear end with 4.11 gears, Saginaw High Steer Steering box, NEW 33inch tires, 3 inch lift, custom interior, custom built heavy duty rear drive shaft, Rhino lined gloss black bed, powder coated bumpers, winshield frame, and roll bar, base coat/clear coat paint. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500.
Sounds like it needs work.
“Bought this with plans for full restoration, but just don’t have time to finish it. Body metal and frame are in very good shape. Also have metal side panels and roof in fair condition and three original rims. Was running great when I stored it. Full restoration would be one way to go or just take her out to camp and use it on the trails. Lots of info on these on the net.”
UPDATE: Was $2700 **SOLD**
(07/29/2015) It needs work of some kind.
“Project Jeep, kind of losing interest in it a bit because I’d rather have more of a hot rod classic car or truck. Would prefer to trade, interested in any offers but mostly looking at Chevy/GM cars or trucks, rat rod, classic station wagons, lowered, lifted, you name it. No Hondas or tuners or anything like that. Would also be very interested in a K5 Blazer. Prefer to trade straight across.
The Jeep has solid bones to start as a restoration or wheeling project. Already lifted on Rancho springs. Has a fuel cell mounted in the back, Buick 225 oddfire engine runs, needs a head gasket and carb, was told it’s a Muncie transmission, 4 speed, transfer case with Hi and Low. Replaced starter, new plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, brand new PerTronix electronic ignition. Offenhauser intake manifold. I’ll be steadily working on this thing still so it will just be getting better and better. Clean title as well.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1200.
Doesn’t run.
“Does not run. Used to but needs rewired. The motor was changed out to the buick v6. Axles were swapped out for bigger not exactly sure on the size. It has the dual stick transfer case.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $850.
(05/30/2015) Might be some value here.
“Have owned for the last 20 years but it hasn’t been run much in the last 5…”
