“-1954 Willys Jeep CJ-3B Model 454 GB2
-RUNS when jumped, it just needs a new 6V battery
-Engine is a 4 cylinder straight, in pretty good shape, needs an oil change and probably a tune up
-Has quite a bit of rust on the body, some spots rusted through including the floor beds, needs body work
-The tires are a little flat, but have plenty of tread left on them
-Headlights and turning signals work and so does the back right tail light, the left tail light and reflector are not installed at the moment but I have them
-The gauges all work, the speedometer just needs a new arrow because it is broken
-Can attach a plow to it (DOES NOT COME WITH A PLOW)
-Comes with a soft top that had some tears but were sewed up
-It has not been Inspected since 1981
-It has 44,793 miles on it

Even though the transfer case needs rebuilding, it still may be a good price.
“I’m selling my 1953 Willys jeep. We just don’t go 4 wheeling any more. This jeep has a strong rebuilt 350 engine, over sized radiator, duel under seat fuel tanks, new wiring and fuse block, new gauges, rebuilt transmission, rebuilt front and rear end, storage seat with seat belts in the back, tow hitch, and Warren over drive. The transfer case needs rebuilt due to a baring issue should be an easy fix and maybe $100 in parts. I have a bikini top, radiator cover, and repair manual for it as well. The jeep has a heater, windshield wipers, windshield washer and pump. The heater core was boiled and repaired 2 years ago. I have clean title. Asking 2500 OBO. This jeep is a great rock crawler and does great in the hills.”
Sounds like this has the teraflex gear upgrade in the transfercase. Between that and the front and rear lockers, there’s been some updates to this drivetrain.

Still has the original oil bath air cleaner. Approximately 11,000 miles. Upgraded to 11″ drums all around. Has 2-1/2″ springs on it with 31X 10.5 tires 75+% tread. All stock running gear, 5-38 gearing with lock-right locker in the rear. Has custom fully welded Bumpers front and rear both with 2″ receivers. “For sale is a good running Jeep CJ3B. The body has been patch paneled on the floor boards but is really solid overall. Has a brand new windshield frame but needs glass. The front seats are quite nice. The frame is very good and solid. Engine runs very well with good oil pressure and does not smoke. Tranny shifts very smoothly and the 4WD all works. Has premium lock out hubs. The head and tail lights work but no front turn signals. Overall a pretty solid jeep to use as is. This would also be a great candidate for a total restoration because it is pretty complete and has a really good frame.”

(02/22/2014) This jeep has a ventilating windshield.
“I’m looking to sell or trade my 1960 Willys/Jeep CJ3B. These Jeeps are highly sought after by collectors and 4×4 enthusiasts alike, especially in original condition. I’ve recently had a new exhaust system installed, rebuilt the transmission, purchased a new top, tires, and had the seats reupholstered. It runs and drives great, and shifts through all gears (including 4WD H/L) perfectly. It has rust spots on the body. It has a clear Kansas title, and can be tagged as an antique, which costs around $40 in Kansas.”

Not an ‘absolute’ original, but pretty close. For example, the gauges have been replaced. A second set of lights is on the grille . … etc. But, it is a good looking jeep.
