(09/15/2017) Looks good.
“1948 Willys Flat Bed Truck……These Willys are getting more and more rare and this one is in pretty good shape. Motor is an Automatic, Chevy 350 C.U., which fires over very easily with a ton of power. 9 Bolt Ford Rear End. 12 volt system. Lights all work. Jeep has old style pickup wood rails on bed. Windows work good. Doors close tight and solid.”

“1947 California Jeep pickup hotrod. Chopped 4″. Extended cab 8″. 327 Chevy camel heads. Richmond 6 speed. Ford 9″. Drives great. Soft camaro ride. This is a one of a kind built from rust free truck. Nice black pleated interior. Shipped from California 4 years ago. Always garaged. Runs and drives perfect.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7300.
Looks solid, but leaves some dribbles on the ground.
“For sale, 1954 Willys pickup. Mileage is in the mid-60’s. Truck is in fair condition; glass is good, runs and drives well, very little rust. New starter, rebuilt carburetor and new fuel pump. Converted to 12-volt. Has several leaky seals and gaskets. Old, military style tires but they still hold air. 226 Super Hurricane engine, 3-speed with high-low range and Koenig PTO winch.”
Looks promising.
“1946 Willy Jeep – sales price is firm for jeep as is. The Jeep’s engine has been rebuilt (2015) – but the vehicle has not been used for roughly 7 months, thus the engine needs some work to get it running again – but is in great shape and won’t be a project. The body is patina with some minor rust – but no structural problems. Its been used for business purposes but we have decided to move on to a modern truck. Interior is in excellent shape. I will get VIN and odometer on Craigslist shortly – we do have clean title.”

This ran-when-parked truck has been sitting 14 years. The first pic on Craigslist is of a different truck than the one for sale.
“Low mileage 1959 Willy pickup 1 ton . Model L6-226 with 6 cylinder hurricane motor. Car is from California and purchased from 49er chevrolet. The car is all original and has a straight body. Comes with the original owners manual. This car has been parked in my garage for 14 years and when parked it ran. Note first picture is not of actual vehicle but real close. all other pictures are from the car for sale Car is in non operational condition. Needs new battery and fuel lines cleaned out. It will need to be towed to your destination. With a little work the car will run great.”

(10/02/2017) Dan spotted this late model truck, manufactured not too long before the switch to the Gladiator.
“Im selling my 1963 Willys pickup because I’ve moved and no longer have room for it. I found it sitting next to someones garage it had been there for a while. My son drove it for the next 6 months it had no problems. We then would drive it around occasionally, We moved to a house with a smaller garage and no longer have room for it. The previous owners had a ton of work done to it, its mostly original its just missing the factory bumpers and I believe it has A aftermarket bed.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
It’s powered by a Nissan diesel engine.

This appears to have a short wheelbase.
“Willys pickup not sure of year, shortened wheelbase, v6 Buick, runs no title $1000 obo’
This truck appears to have a rare set of HUB LOK hubs. My research suggested they were produced by the Dana Corp. The only set I’ve run across for sale were sold out of Georgia, so maybe the hubs had more popularity in that area??
Compare those pics to this one:
UPDATE: IT LOOKS LIKE THIS TRUCK HAS SOLD. WAS LISTED AT $7000.
“1961 Willys Truck 4×4 flatbed
Time to sell Willy, Email your number or with questions and I’ll forward my number. Include the best time to call you back. Craig’s list has lost control of trying to protect my phone number and I’m tired of getting nuisance calls. If the only question you can come up with is “is it still available” do not expect a response, if the ad is up, its still for sale.

Glenn shared this nicely done truck.
“This has to be the most beautiful Willys Truck I have ever seen, I am listing it for a friend, I went to Cape Cod and picked it up from an elderly gentleman for my friend, when he bought it, so inspected it myself before paying for it. It was garage kept, and only driven occasionally on weekends, and to car shows. It has a small block Chevy, and all the original Willys drivetrain, the truck runs great, as does the 4 wheel drive. The interior is perfect, and the truck has no rust anywhere, it was all red, but we did the black in my shop. Also, a 3” suspension lift and new tires have been added, and mounted on the original Willy wheels.
This might be a solid flatbed for a truck.
“Nice straight flatbed currently mounted on a Willys pickup. Mounts can easily be changed to fit most anything.”
