“Finished in the optional President Red and Plantation White combination this all steel body pickup shows very well. The side mounted spare tire matches the other four wheels and tires. The black front bumper is fits well with a finish as expected considering the age. The custom rear step bumper is sturdy and is functional. The metal bed and wheel wells is completely covered with a black protective paint.
Inside, the grey and black vinyl seat that looks period and is very good condition. The black door panels and grey dashboard are a subtle continuation of the two-tone theme of the interior. The optional heater and original gauges are correctly placed have a nice appearance and function as designed. The original equipped two spoke custom steering wheel is in good condition and functions as designed.

“Hi all, I bought a CJ2A a little while back that had a factory installed bed extension on it. I thought it was some aftermarket bubbafication but after looking into it, it is a real thing and people are always looking for these. Learn something everyday I guess.
I cut it off a mine a while back, but was careful not to screw it up. It has the tailgate, spare tire carrier, toolbox, and receiver hitch all there. Check out the pictures. It’s pretty dang heavy, not gonna lie. I included original photos of one’s with this extension on it, as well as a few from my jeep, and finally, ones of how it sits now.”
Some folks really like these in jeeps.
“Offset 9″ rear end for early jeep CJ’s up to 1972. Is 28 spline open rear with 3.00 gears. Has 11″ ford brakes as well which need new shoes. You can change gears to what you want. Would be a huge upgrade from stock.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1800.
It’s a project.
“I have for sale a 1958 Willys cj3b Jeep. Clean title in my name with original liscense plate. It is in need of work, but it is the perfect base for an off road project. The leafsprings are heavy duty, made by deaver springs. Original axles, transfercase, and transmission. It has a Chevy 283 which was running when it got parked. It needs a steering wheel, fuel tank, and radiator to move on its own power. The grill, fenders, and hood are near perfect with only minor blemishes. This is a very rare model that is in excellent original condition given its age. This is a great find for someone. ”
Not sure there’s much value here?

I purchased this off of eBay. It is a very helpful Ramsey product brochure that shows the incredible variety of winches, PTOs, reducers, and transmission produced by Ramsey in the late 1960s. I had no idea they manufactured so many. Note on the third page that the rare PTO rear gearbox 1B is shown.
