This year’s Bantam Jeep Festival will be held in Butler, Pennsylvania. This works out well for Ann and I, because we’ll be out that way beginning in mid May and had planned to be in Buffalo June 8th. So, a trip to Butler should work perfect!
FC Jeep Variations on Flickr
No, these aren’t real. They are mockups using a photoshop posted by David Mosley on Flickr. Still, they look intriguing.

This Jeep has been in the family for over 50 years and has been stored in a garage or shop for much of its existance. The brakes and seals have been reconditioned recently. It has a new battery (converted to 12 Vots when V-6 engine was installed) and starts and runs well. It comes with an electric wench and a detachable tow bar.
Sorry, no warranty on a 65 year old Jeep.
In addition to the pictures below, I’m including a link to a video of the Jeep taken in the last two weeks.

Willys Service Heavy Duty Steering Knob on eBay
This is a brand new item with free shipping. I looked for interesting knobs when I built Biscuit, but eventually settled for a tractor one. The seller has a variety of branded knobs also: http://stores.ebay.com/LOST-IN-THE-50S
“For years, I have had bidders ask me about a suicide steering wheel knob that would be good for real heavy duty use on trucks, fork-lifts, tractors riding lawnmowers and will work for handicapped drivers.
WELL I finally found one that will fit the bill for all of these uses and more. This top quality steering wheel knob is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum and steel. Ball bearings give it a smooth turning action and the tough mounting brackets provide a very strong hold on the steering wheel when installed properly.”

The Jeep was still in the crate when purchased. I am the second owner of this fine piece. This MB still has all original canvas seats cushions, crash pads, door straps, original data plates and the original windshield glass (with dates). The Jeep also has all (5) of its original Goodyear tires with the synthetic S3 markings.
