(05/18/2013) “For sale 1942 Jeep MB. Frame off restoration 1 year ago. Body bead blasted and primed with epoxy primer. Paint is Navy gray. Call for more info”
It has a modified handbrake mounted between the seats. Note the original dash mounted brake handle is missing. We’ve removed several of these modified handbrakes when doing an original restoration. They probably could not find an original handle and cable.
it’s a e-brake handle from a M38A1, a not uncommon replacement, cause the cable fits rightaway, only thing to do is cut a hole in the floor.
