Maury shared this odd part. It seems for a jeep, but neither of us recognize it. It is 2″ in diameter. I would guess the tabs on the back secure it to something?

Sure looks like a pedal car hubcap to me. I had one with an ‘M’ on it (Murray?), off the peddle car I learned to drive on in the early 60’s.
seems to be a 2″ chrome plated J with 3 bendable tabs ? ?
