Craig shared this 1957 Swedish Fire Truck for sale ion Germany. It looks in great shape. The price is just over $19,000.
https://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/details.html
Roughly translated from German:
A very rare treasure. Forget all the assistance systems and all the other bells and whistles that today’s cars have.
This is pure driving!
Swedish Willys truck from 1957 with 3.6 liter Super Hurricane 6-cylinder engine.
An old master mechanic did a lot on the car in just under 100 hours.
Main work: The front was converted to disc brakes with a conversion kit from kaiserwillys.com from America. That’s why 17 inch rims from a Dodge Ram are now fitted. The rims were turned out to match and powder-coated in black.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
May make a good restoration candidate.

Sam spotted this cool combination. It’s being auctioned at Bring-A-Trailer.
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1951-willys-2-door-pickup-truck/
“This 1951 Willys 4-73 is a 4×4 pickup that was acquired by the late owner approximately 25 years ago and has reportedly been stored for much of the last 15 years. The truck is finished in gray primer over a brown interior and is powered by a 134ci L-head inline-four mated to a three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes a front tow bar, wood pickup bed extensions, a side-mounted spare, and manually-locking front hubs. This Willys is now offered by the seller on behalf of the late owner’s estate with a matching trailer, a Willys parts catalogue, a clean Oregon title for the truck, and a bill of sale for the trailer.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2850.
Seems like a pretty good price. Maybe the rust problem is larger than suggested in the text?
“1955 Willys truck runs and drives good. Does need clutch. Was driven till June this year. Has small ford 6cyl. Engine runs excellent and the 4 wheel drive works. Some body and frame rust $2850 OBO.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
Bill shared this project truck. He’s hoping someone gets it so that he’s no longer tempted by it.
“1953 Willys Overland, with plow.
Been in my family since 1963 (have bill of sale from then) and was in running condition 25 years ago when i parked it in my garage. My grandfather used it to plow his very long driveway. I started a restoration in the 1980’s but never finished.
Its been sitting outside now for about 6 years and I am too old at this point to restore it.
Asking $3000 or best offer”
Looks solid.

Sam spotted this nice looking refurbed truck, currently sitting at $5100 at Bring-a-Trailer.
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1948-jeep-1-ton-truck-model-4t-four-wheel-drive/
“This 1948 Willys-Overland Jeep Model 4T pickup was purchased by the seller’s father in Kelowna, British Columbia, in 1948, and it was refurbished between 1999 and 2002 after the seller took possession of the truck. It was refinished in gray, and additional refurbishment work included rebuilding the 134ci inline-four, refreshing the interior with dark red vinyl upholstery, replacing the windshield and seals, and rebuilding the carburetor, radiator, front hubs, generator, and starter. Equipment includes a three-speed manual transmission paired with a Spicer transfer case, a chrome front bumper, red-finished 16″ steel wheels, and a cabin heater. This Willys Jeep truck is now offered with refurbishment records, manufacturer’s literature, and a British Columbia registration.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $12,500.
(06/22/2021) This looks fast.
“1950 Willys

UPDATE: Chuck called on this ad. The owner says his grandson listed it, but the owner is not interested in selling it. Was listed at $4500.
This “all original” truck sports a V-8. It also has a gov plate. A forest-service shaped sticker suggests this was likely a forest-service vehicle.
“1957 Jeep Willys pick up all original has a 289 Engine has some rust in the bed this is a 4 x 4 truck is pretty much all their original”
Someone has fun with this build.

“Purchased The Willys in 2018 from a farm. The Body was mostly Rust free. Then we purchased a 1986 Monte Carlo with a Ponitac 400 Engine and 200R4 Automatic Transmission. We proceeded to remove the Monte Carlo Body off and Move the Willys Body to the Monte Carlo Frame. The Pick Up bed has been Custom Made. Looks like a Wrecker but the Wrecker is only for looks. There are new tires and Wheels not shown in pictures. It looks and runs good. Currently registered and inspected in NH. It is currently located in the shop Orange Mass putting the finishing touches on it.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000.
If you are looking for a truck project, this might be worth a look.
“This 1953 Willys Jeep is a blast from the past, and it is a great package deal with a 1955 parts car. What a fun project for any car enthusiast, or creative soul. The bed has some rust issues but the parts car has a great bed. It has definite character, it could be a great restoration project or a rat rod classic, so many possibilities.”
Not much Willys-Overland here, other than the cab.

“Willys truck, no motor transmission is in it. Body is all there but rear passenger fender. It’s a great start for a project 1500$ obo”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
This unusual project needs some TLC.
