Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Sebastian’s father spotted this jeep and share the picture with us. Note the extended rear.
He writes, “My dad spotted this nice 3B in Villavicenio, Meta (Colombia). It seems
to be used for work or daily drive, the yellow plate means is registered
as a regular car. The white top looks nice and goes well with the
tires. However, it seems a little larger than normal. It seems there is
a cat or a dog underneath.”

“1953 Willys CJ3A partially restored recent engine that runs very good, I do not know the exact millage on this recent engine so I just put what was on the odometer, but this engine runs like a top and holds good oil pressure. I will have pictures as soon I can get them on there.”
UPDATE: Eric bought and reported on this jeep. It was listed at $550.
Looks like it has some early Cutlas hubs. Might get the whole thing at a cheap price.
