It runs, but lacks a title. It could be a good parts jeep.

Bill shard the victim of a fire. Not much value, though it has a Salvage title and some Warn hubs. Maybe someone needs those items?

Blaine shared this nice looking CJ-5. Is that the Arena Yellow color from the 1956 color chart?

“Restored 1956 Willys jeep. this jeep is original as the day it was built. It has been in the family since new, was my grandfathers, I am retiring and need to downsize. The restoration was completed in 2008 and has about 500 miles.”
Originally white, this CJ-5 looks solid.
“This is a very nice 1962 Willys CJ5. Runs great, motor has been checked over and new rod and main bearings have been installed.
Steering box was rebuilt. Clutch is good, brakes are good. Body is in very good condition with just one small patch on the passenger side floor over a support channel (support channel has approx 3-4″ of rust). Interior of the tool box has some surface rust, no rust through. No frame issues.
Looks like original condition other than it was painted red over the original white, no modifications. Seats are in good condition, probably recovered in the past, no tears. New glove box insert. This would be an easy restoration or have fun with it as is.”
This might be worth a look depending on what “TLC” is needed. It sound like it might not be running. It has some early Free-Lock hubs.

“1963 Jeep Willys CJ5 with Koenig1/2 cab. Jeep will run. Needs some TLC. Fun little jeep.”

“1961 CJ5 100% original CA barn find survivor. Aftermarket factory installed hard top has never been removed. All windows and glass good and functioning. Everything works. Owner told me the Jeep had a re-spray in the 70’s but you can’t tell because it’s faded and the patina. Paint will shine with a buff and wax but I don’t like my cars like that. Took this in on partial trade as part of my collection but do not need it. It came with a Jeepster and some other parts I needed. Unmolested and uncut. No modifications. Original factory installed side steps. Drive as is or lift it. Head turner everywhere I park it. Brand new industrial battery. Brand new tires. Dropping off Monday (7/10) at carburetor shop to rebuild it, so it runs perfect. It has a little dead spot that I don’t like. No leaks. Engine bay is perfect. Zero rust. Original rubber floor mat. Push button starter. 4WD, locking hubs and transfer case all working. 12 volt vintage glass dome light installed but nothing cut or drill”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $13,000.
(06/272023) Seller wants to sell as a lot. Only the 3 2as and 1 CJ-5 are pictured (unless the pics confused me).

(07/15/2023) Nick’s selling this early CJ-5 trencher project.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/656189109866141
“This is a first model year 1955 CJ5 serial #13845. It has an original Auburn Jeep-A-Trench and the rare factory T98 4-speed transmission with granny low gear.
This style trencher is the gear-draulic which uses a hydraulic pump to raise and lower the unit. A driveshaft will slowly drive the Jeep while it trenches.
I’m told this last ran approximately 10 years ago. Engine spins over, but has low compression of 25-35 psi. Rings likely need soaked. I pulled the intake valve cover off and it looked clean.
Unsure of trencher condition itself, but check out Turn N Burn on YouTube where another trencher was brought back to life without much work.
Frame has patches as most trencher Jeeps do. Aside from the left rear corner dent, body is pretty decent for its age.
No title. Firm on price.
This appears worth a look given the price.

“This is a 1960 jeep cj5 willys , super cool little jeep it runs and stops does have a little rust and drips a little oil but you could build it up from here and make it perfect if you want or drive it like this . The motor does smoke a little and the tranny does wine”
Unclear how much value, but there seems to be at least some value.

“1964 Jeep Tuxedo Park MKIV. This Jeep is pretty complete. It does not appear to have the original motor. Motor runs but has a rod knock. The Jeep has very little rust. Clean title in hand. Asking $3750 OBO”
May be worth a look for a parts jeep.

“1948 Willys 4×4 Pickup Truck for sale. This truck was described as a “cute and interesting dinosaur.” Here’s the real story. Its Vermont registration shows it as a 1948 Willys CJ 2 door. “1965 CJ5. Has been sitting in a shed since the 80s. It does not run but I can’t see it taking much work to get it running. Body is very usable. Front floors have some old patches but its not in terrible shape. Rear floor is in good shape. Toolbox under the seat is decent just has typical hat channel rust. Nicest untouched original dash I have ever seen, not a single extra hole has been drilled. Still has original seats with whats left of the original fabric. Frame looks solid no holes or major rot. Rear springs have some broken leafs so they will need to be replaced. Fiberglass top is in great shape. Doors are rough on the bottom but can be fixed. Excellent candidate for restoration or get it running/driving and enjoy it just the way it is. $2800. Sold with a bill of sale only. Located in Connecticut”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,000. The seller no longer indicates the miles on the speedometer as “original miles”.
(08/01/2022) This looks like a good build, but the reason I am posting it is that, for some reason, it has a serial number tag that places it as a CJ-5 with a V-6 with emissions from around mid-1969 (8305017 360695). So, maybe this is a CJ-3A body on a newer chassis.
“1949 jeep cj-3a runs and rides great absolutely no rust it’s got brand new tires, soft top and is very clean for how old it is has Buick v6 with a manual 3 speed the title says 1970 to make road worthy but you can tell it is way older than that ….This jeep gets all the looks and is a great cruiser!!! Come check it out !!! ”
Sure looks like there is value here. I believe that is a Kelly hardtop.
