“Offered here for sale is a Jeep Willys Top and doors. They are in rusty condition and will need work.”
Craig shared this one. Has a PTO on transmission? Maybe mistaking a PTO for the transfercase? Looks like it has a sears half top.
“Willys CJ3A Body rough, Engine turns, has PTO on transmission only. No Title – sold with bill of sale only”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $750.
Glass needs replacing on cab.
“For Sale Sold AS IS is a vintage Koenig Iron Works half cab model i believe #555 for early CJ Style jeeps. We pulled this top off a 1948 willys jeep.. The Jeep it came off of is in fair shape but top is ready to be restored for your jeep project. These cabs were very well made. If you have questions about the cab please email me and I will try to get you the best answers I can. 1 window has glass that needs to be replaced on a door and the rear window as well. It does come with a neat Dietz Stop Brake light that have good value to them.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $600.
Not sure how much value is here.
“1947 Willys CJ2A, with clean title.
Mostly complete L head motor, T90 3 speed, Dana 18 transfer case, stock diffs, half cab, stock 16″ rims.
Lots of rust, good for parts or serious restoration.”
This does have a hard-to-find Meyer Super Cab, but outside of that there’s nothing particularly rare here. Looks pretty solid. I’m not sure why there is a red X on the driver’s die where the mirror should be.

“1945 WILLYS CJ-2A JEEP 4X4 PROJECT . 4CYL STD .THIS BELONGS TO A FRIEND OF MINE WHO PURCHASED IT A FEW YEARS AGO. HE HAD INTENTIONS OF RESTORING BUT SHOP IS OVER BURDENED WITH HIGHER DOLLAR RESTORATIONS ONGOING AND JUST CAN’T GET TO THIS RIGHT NOW. VEHICLE IS COMPLETE . MOTOR TURNS FREELY. FRAME IS SOLID. JUST GOOD CANDIDATE FOR A REDO. THIS VEHICLE WAS FROM THE LATE FRAMINGHAM MASS AUTO PLANT THAT WAS USED TO PLOW THE EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT. HAS WHATS LEFT OF THE 1958 INSPECTION STICKER STILL ON THE WINDOW. WAS STORED ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THAT BUILDING FOR MANY YEARS. HE PAID $2300 FOR IT THEN . WE HAVE A STANDING OFFER FOR HALF OF THAT PRICE . WOULD LIKE TO DO A LITTLE BETTER. ALSO HAVE 4 MILITARY WHEELS AND TIRES IN GOOD SHAPE FOR A LITTLE EXTRA. NEED IT TO GO.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(The pics aren’t great, but it sure looks like there’s a nice build here. No description provided.

Frame repaired and sags, very ratty, very neat lots of good parts no title. We used it on the farm til this summer ”
This could be a good price.
“1948 CJ2A. It has a title and runs. New battery, carburetor, shocks, springs and gas tank. Needs a radiator, thermostat and pitman arm. Comes with a plow.”
Includes an overdrive.
“Body is a bit rough but it has great potential. Runs with a Buick 6. It also has Saturn overdrive and goes highway speeds. It needs a brake job like most Willy’s.”

Someone needs to pull that antique car dealer’s license if he appraised this at $15,000.
“1947 Willy’s Jeep – CJ 2A
Appraised by a licensed antique car dealer at $15,000. The vehicle graded out during the appraisal as follows:
BODY – Straight – well preserved
PAINT – Hand painted – Pure classic to Jeep spirit
CHROME – Good though not a lot
TIRES/WHEELS – original wheels, summer tires – very good
GLASS/TRUNK/TOP – The top is Colorado classic! Small crack in windshield
SEATS – Reupholstered original seats
INTERIOR/PANELS/CARPET – Very good original, new gas tank
UNDERCARRIAGE – Some seal seepage but they do that. Very good throughout
ENGINE COMPARTMENT – Restored, runs great
ORIGINAL/CUSTOM – Very original throughout
TOTAL POINTS AS GRADED – 90 points
Runs, drives and stops well. Odometer reads 4,908 miles, although the total miles on the Jeep are unknown, the engine has very few miles since the rebuild. Ready for the next owner to enjoy as is or perfect for restoration project. Located in Western Colorado.”
Has a non-running V6.
“Obo. Buick v6. Was running but sat for years. Needs new tires, I’ll get her running for serious buyers”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was No Price.
It needs some work. The top may be a Beck.
“1947 green Willy’s Jeep. Ran good when stored. Needs tired, most parts stock. Usual rust.”
Glenn shared this rare half-cabbed Jeepster Commando.
“This Willys Jeepster is the 4X4 short bed clad in red and white. It has a Meyers 6′ plow – we bought it for plowing smaller areas. Seats presentable with brown leatherette. Body has some rust out – front and rear quarters and other areas. Previous owner was a mechanic who replaced original engine with a GM V6 and claimed engine was rebuilt. Jeep runs and drives. Auto transmission works and Meyers plow works good. A desirable little truck that would need panel repairs or drive as is.”
Listed as a 1946, it has later model parking lights and a 3A windshield, but a 2A body. I don’t recognize the hardtop.
“Jeep for parts or repair…..all complete but untested. Has complete drivetrain..”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $350.
Not many of these Kelly half cabs around.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
Has PTO and rear gearbox in back and a plow up front.
“For sale is a fully operational early CJ5. It runs, drives, and stops well. You can drive this right down the road, even at night as the lights also work. This vehicle was used for plowing churches, and was last registered on the road last fall.
Jeep has a nice, modern title.
Tub is rough – but the front half of the body, and the half top seem to be in good shape. The dash gauge is in great condition. There’s a heater near the passenger side.
Plow goes up/down and tilts. Rear PTO unit spins. You may power agricultural attachments with this system. Plow quick disconnects, and you’re off bashing the trails.”
No title. Has a Meyer half cab.
