“It’s a 1946 Willys CJ2A tilt up shell, full drag chassis built by Rick Thomas in Hesperia ca., Wally World Custom paint. 568 C.I. Dart Big M. Gary Williams 1150 Dominator, Reher Morrison intake, heavily worked Dart Pro 1 heads, Ron Davis radiator, Eagle rotating assembly, Jessel rockers, oversized .904 Howard’s solid lifters, custom cam from Forsyth speed, Ross custom pistons, Custom Hooker headers, pro star 500 pump, Best of the Best from front to back. in this configuration it made 989 hp on an engine Dyno, but can easily be de-tuned to 800hp. I have complete professional build sheets. PowerGlide w/4500 stall (2k HP build), scatter shield and drive line loop. Modified Dana 60 (4 link) w/removable wheelie bar, spool w/6.17 gears, 35 spline Mosers. Areospace brakes, QA1 shocks w/adjustable height linkage. “1946 willys jeep that was one time used as a sand dragster, (wild oats). I bought it as a project with a blown motor and trans. No rust, fiberglass tub and boxed frame. I rebuilt the SBC engine and trans for street use. Zero miles since done. Added all street legal requirements, head lights, tail, turn, stop, high beams, horn, windshield and wiper. Has brand new mud terrain tires and wheels. I added 4.88 gears and a powerloc to the front diff. The rear is a dana 44 with a spool. Chp would not allow me to license for street use. It is licensed for off road use. I do have current registration and pink slip. Come and get it for this season in the dunes.”

Would make a great off road crawler. Was set up for a small block Chevy. One piece lift off front end. Custom dash.
A few misc. parts come with it, windshield frame, tailgate, some driveshafts and such. What you see is what I have.
Has original axles under it. Newer steering box. This could be a cool crawler.
Has a nice set of 33×12.50 tires on it.
May part out if I get enough interest in parts.”

“1946 Jeep (CJ2) for sale! This one of a kind ride is not for the faint of heart. I purchased this vehicle for several reasons. I appreciate someone’s labor of love, the time, patience and skill it requires to turn a heirloom into a beautiful racing machine. This itself is a memorable challenge and an accomplishment. A few things were kept original.

In 2010 the original family owners took it off the road, took the 350 out, bought a new 350 4 Bolt Main, and ripped it down **every nut, bolt, gasket and more…** It was built by a Chevy Master Mechanic of 38 years. Everything was done from the heads, lifters, cam, new transfer case, rear end, 411 gears, and so much more that is way too much to list.

“Okay thanks for looking willing to sell all or body frame and title.
Not running but will take very little to make a driver.
What it is titled in Washington as a 1949 Cj. It is a fiberglass tub and front end it is a 2 wheel drive with a solid front axle. It has a 5.0 Ford roller motor out of a 1991 Ford T Bird. Bearing service in Portland turned crank and new bearings and rings. Has GT40 cast iron cylinder heads and a ford motorsport E303 Crankshaft wit a edelbrock performer manifold. Has short street rod headers and mini high torque starter, all in one distributor engine should easily make 300hp to 325hp with no problem. Has a Ford C-4 with shift kit and higher stall convertor.
Motor and transmission is bolted into chassis now like pictures show.

“1948 Willy’s pick up. Custom built. On a 1985 k5 frame 283 v8, turbo 350, 203 t case. 3:42 gears. locker in front and spool in the back. Radiator and battery in the bed. 35 inch tires on black d hole steel wheels. Open headers. It does need some tlc. Or just keep it as a trail or mud truck. This truck is not road legal. The person I bought the body from made it into a one piece front clip and did some body work on it. I have the original vin plate and a 55 vin with a title. I will consider trade for a nice gas powered lifted golf cart. Must be a newer cart. No junk. The truck is 4500 or best offer”
