Needs some work.
“I have a ’59 CJ3B with 350 swap. Frame is boxed to accomodate the weight and power of the V8.
Trans: SM420 granny ~7:1
T-Case: D300 ~2.5:1
Wide track CJ7 axles (D30/AMC20 w/ chomoly 1 piece shafts) Locked front and rear
33″ BFG KM2’s with less than 500 miles on 4 and 1 never on the ground
3″ lift springs in front and spring over
YJ springs spring over and ruffstuff mounts in the rear to match front lift and stretch rear about 5″ (stock 80″ WB now approx 85″)
Bad: fuel pump needs to be replaced (will fix for the right price prior to selling)
driver locking hub grenaded on my last trip wheeling
both clutch and brake master cylinders need to be replaced as well (pressure rods failed in both)
rear brakes could probably use new shoes”

“Posting for my father. 1956 Jeep CJ3B Flat Fender. He Has owned it since 1966. Been parked on blocks in his garage for a few years. He was gearing up for a rebuild, when we had a few family tragedies, and a he suffered some health issues. Has New Tires and Wheels. Needs a fuel tank. Seats have seen better days. But overall it is in pretty good shape for a 60 year old jeep. Has the F134b Motor. Still set up for 6v. It is basically unmolested. Ran when parked. No Low ballers.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(01/24/2015) Doesn’t have a standard windshield.

Has some good updates. May be a good price.
“4” lift, 35″ tires, Danna 44 rear and Danna 30 front positraction. 231 Buick V6, SM420 4 speed transmission with granny gear. Includes 8000 lb Wench not in picture. Tow bar. Runs great. Could use new tires.”
There looks to be value here. Interesting that there’s no gas inlet.
“This is a rehab project vehicle. What you see, is what you get. The engine is seized, and it’s missing the radiator, gas tank, and windshield. The frame is in decent condition, as are the body, wheels, and tires. It even has a large winch that works OK, but it too will need some TLC. If you’re looking for a fun project, you might enjoy working on this rig. Jeeps are pretty easy to get parts for, and I’ll include a couple of mechanic’s manuals with the sale.”

UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $5500.
(04/25/2013) The paint job certainly is unusual, but it looks solid. The description suggests the seller is confused the CJ-5 with the CJ-3B?
“This Willys is great fun to drive and sport around. It has street tires because it was used in parades and car shows. It would run about the desert better with fat tires. 53 is the year that Kaiser bought the company after the Koren war and started making Willys for civilians which is why there is the bigger engine and higher hood. You are buying a piece of history.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(11/25/2014) It runs.
