Listed as a 1943, it has rear floaters, but also has an MB/GPW body. The grille tilts, but the hinges are reversed. I suspect it’s an M-38 body on a WWII chassis.

“I have a 1948 willys jeep body
1952 willys remanufactured body
A samurai rolling chassis with axles , transfer case , steering box , samurai steering column and driveshafts
1948 willys jeep frame
two windshield frames
Two hoods, tailgate, gas tank, and
one seat
Box full of gauges headlights instrument plate
My original plan was to put the 1948 body on the 1948 frame using the drivetrain from the samurai chassis. The 1952 remanufacture body was to be used to replace the floor and patching. Would be a killer deal for the right person.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8500.

The headline of the ad suggests it is a Wagon, but I suspect that has to do with the way the ad entry is setup.
