“1945 WW2 Willy’s MB Jeep. A true war model Jeep. Under carriage shows very little wear. Mostly complete. No tittle, bill of sale only. Ad will be removed when sold. Will not respond to “is this still available'”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $19,200.
This jeep was on the cover of the Kaiser Willys catalog in 2016.
“This Is the Genuine article and a true world war two Jeep. This jeep was on the cover of the 2016 kaiser Willys Jeep parts magazine. This World War II jeep is a four-cylinder, three speed, four-wheel-drive, 6 V all-around fun driving machine. This piece of history starts right up and can run all day long. Call if you are truly interested in this jeep. Tire kickers need not bother. This was a military vehicle so there is no carefax report. So bring your trailer and take home a World War II legend…A Willy’s Jeep.”
Kaiser Willys used the jeep’s image in multiple places during 2016. Here’s one example:
This looks to be a no-glove box body, so it might be an early slat grille MB. If so this won’t last long at this price. It may have a civvy engine (at least the head). If might also be a reconditioned jeep, as there is a small data plate on the dash.

“1943 Army Jeep very good condition for its age. Original early 1940s Willy’s Jeep. Mechanically it is very solid. Engine, transmission, transfer case, and high/low range, wheel hubs all work as they are supposed to. I drive this jeep around every now and then to just keep things moving. 6v original system works well. Lights and everything work as well. Call or text. If I don’t answer leave me a voicemail and I’ll get back to you. In southern Utah but make frequent trips to Logan Utah and might be able to deliver.”
UPDATE **SOLD** Was NO Price.
No pics of the 2A.
“Have a willys MB , Cj2a,M38A1 plus axles , trans , springs , misc parts”

“1948 Jeep Willys. Runs. Great for putting around town or to use as a hunting rig. He’s hauled many a deer out of the woods! I have a clean title.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,500.
(08/21/2019) Unclear to me where the auxiliary tank is located.
“GPW L-134 Go-Devil engine, converted to 12 volt, auxiliary fuel tank with its own gauge and floor mounted valve to switch between tanks on the fly, original style upholstery is in excellent condition, extra set of civilian wheels (no tires), spare tire with carrier (not mounted), jerry can carrier (not mounted), starts easily and runs great, a nearly original, unrestored example of a WWll jeep in very good condition considering its age (76!). Extensive mechanical repairs completed in March 1996 then the Jeep was stored and only used intermittently, accumulating approximately 675 miles since then.”
This MB will be auctioned this coming weekend.

“Selling my 1943 Willys MB. The windshield is from a CJ3A. The hood is off a M38. The rest of the body is the MB. It’s sitting on 36×12.5×15 tires. I put in the TPI 350 from an ’89 Iroc, mated that to a TH350 which has the adapter to the Dana 18. I just rebuild (3 weeks ago) the Dana 18 with all new gears and bearings. I believe the axles are from a CJ5. The rear axle has a Powr-lok in it and I welded the front axle. I believe the gears are 3.73 (haven’t actually checked) because it hits highway speed pretty easy. It has the disc brake conversion in the front and 11′ Drums in the rear. I put in Dual manual Wilwood High volume master cylinders for the brakes with their brake pedal.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was No Price.
This has 3 Warn hubs and one Selectro hub. There’s some value here.
“THIS IS A PROJECT-1944 Willy’s for sale or trade. This is a project. It has a 2.3 carbed ford 4 cylinder but I pulled a 2.3 turbo(185hp) fuel injected version out of a running car and have it on an engine stand, all chassis and engine wires/computers with it. It’s twin sticked with 5.38 gears, T-90 3 speed manual. Have a couple extra turbos and just about all the parts to complete this. Have had it in storage the last 4 years and would love to trade it for something I will get to use. I like dirt bikes( 250 , 2 stroke), trucks, enclosed trailers, welders (prefer portable), boomsticks, and CASH.”
Looks like a solid build. If it is a 1942, there’s probably not much 1942 left on it.

“Great condition unknown miles changed out speedo”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,500.
The seller is upfront about this being a tribute jeep with a 2A body and frame. It looks in good shape.
“1941 WWII Willys Jeep Tribute built on a 1946 body and frame…Looks like a 1941 military vehicle…Originally built in the late 90’s; stored inside since…Frame off restoration…mechanically and cosmetically VERY nice…Runs great…Additional photos and details can be found at Island Classics and Customs; www.islandcc.net…Professional inspections are welcome and encouraged”
Both are definitely projects.

The front bumper area has been modified and it doesn’t appear to have combat rims.

“1945 WWII Willys Jeep MB
-Flathead 4 Cylinder w/manual transmission.
-12 volt conversion
-Clean title in hand
-Full frame off restoration
-Not original windshield. It currently has a CJ2A windshield.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $13,500.
I like the ‘field mod’ addition of the drink holder on the dash.
“Restored 3 yrs ago, all sheetmetal original other than repair panels and grill, have original grill as a wall hanger but is very usable, post war engine block with gpw internals professionally rebuilt, original T84 that is finicky and have to double clutch to shift down from 3rd to 2nd, all other running gear original and rebuilt, very nice old Jeep that gets tons of comments,”
Titled as a 1951, it appears to be an MB.
https://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/cto/d/haslet-1951-willys-jeep-take-look/6982492482.html
“Here I am putting my 1951 Willys Jeep up for sale. This was a military jeep body style around 1945 but was tilted as 1951 as that is when the government sold it to the public. I have owned the Jeep for about 7 years. It had a new paint job 5 years ago and has been garage kept at my business since. Only taken out a few time by my employees. I need it to go to someone who will use it and enjoy it.
The things that I have done since ownership are – New Paint job, New Water Pump, Rebuilt Transmission, New Clutch, New Interior Rhino Line, New Air Shocks in rear with built in compressor, new electric fuel pump(bypassed the original fuel pump, this thing fires up right away with out stomping on the gas pedal 5 times before turning the engine).
Besides the items listed I don’t know any other history. Its a 70 year old classic, not in Perfect shape but is very nice and definitely turns heads. Has a tow hitch that hooks up to the front bumper to go with it.
I will consider cash, cash + Trade and or a trade(if I really like it)”
Maybe someone can use this?

“It’s rough. No tag that I see. No title. Looks like a gpw body on mb frame.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $14,000.
(02/20/2019) Has some floor patches, but looks like a solid parade jeep.
“This is a 1942 Willys MB Jeep. This Jeep has been converted to a 12 Volt electrical system from the original 6 Volt system. It is an older restoration – please see the pictures for details. In the past it has had some body work done and floor repairs were done with sheet metal. The wiring in this Jeep needs some work and it could us a canvas makeover.
Since this is an older restoration most of the parts on this vehicle are original on this vehicle like the wheels and rifle rack.
This MB is in good driving condition – Perfect for someone starting in the military vehicle hobby or wanting a nice parade vehicle. Comes with all accessories pictured. The pedestal is a homemade pedestal with original .50 Cal’ Cradle.”
Looks in good shape.

“1945 Jeep.
Clean Title, runs great, one owner past 36 years. Registered, licensed, and road worthy. Maintained yearly and garage stored. This is a Great hunting and off highway rig and has the advantage over modern UTV’s as it can be licensed and legally driven on highways and streets.
DOD 1/14/42. Plates are in pretty good shape, but they are installed on a glove box door. MB 111050 with DOD of 1/13/42 is a non-glove box slat grille. It’s therefore very possible the plates on the jeep below were originally on a different jeep (or body). Includes a Bobcat hood.

“Powerful V-6 Buick Motor Conversion done right. Aluminum Radiator, Electric Fan, Doors not shown but included. Oversize Cleat Type Tires, 2 extra gas tanks. Towbar and extra hitch. Road Light Bar. Personal Jeep owned many years by a particular owner. This is a rare early production model built in 1942 by Willys for government issue. Painted in Navy Gray, recently serviced and needing nothing to drive away!”
UPDATE: Don’t forget about his auction next weekend.
Condition of jeeps vary, but there are MBs/GPWs, VEC CJ-2As, CJ-2As and more. The location appears to be southeast of Portland (Happy Valley area). Auctioner will publish address a week before the scheduled auction date.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was No Price.
Looks good from a distance. No up close pics provided.
“Looking to sell, 1943 MB, frame off restoration in ’08-09 and repainted to early war last year(3k miles). Center, step mount and pintil go with it along with the BC620 radio (Modern ham inside) Windshield cover and custom trailer-able full cover. Monument Colorado.”
