This might be a good parts wagon (or possibly a good project). It’s got an early set of Free-Lock hubs.

1951 Willys Wagon
Driveable but will need a couple new tires for daily driving…
Running, driving and stopping with brakes gone thru, engine rebuilt by p o no records but it sounds great, does not smoke or make any odd noises, good clutch, 12v starter, 12v alternator works as is (but will need bracket redone and pulley replaced) 12v headlights and tail light. Rust on floorboard repaired wth metal (not welded) but screws and silicone, tiny holes on bottom of passenger door(see pics)… New points, cap, rotor, coil, wires and new battery, new aluminum radiator and water pump. Has overdrive but needs solenoid and something else installed to make it electrical (parts are included) will need wiring addressed as it’s original and gauges are 6 volt so not hooked up… currently registered and title in my name .. reason for selling… C10 truck and 3 more projects… might consider trade for low mileage Ext cab short bed truck (prefer Chevy) $12k is trade price will consider cash offer only in person..”

“Offered here is a 1948 Willys StorDor step van. It has been converted to a Chevrolet 6 cyl and the roof has been extended. The inside is wired for 110v, fully insulated, and has a sleeping loft. This would make a great tiny home, food truck, or RV! It has been sitting for many years and will need reviving. It is not currently running, but the engine turns over. Asking $2200 or best offer. Registration is paid, title is clean, tags are current. Please reply with your phone number if interested and I will contact you.”

Don’s got this wagon for sale. He plans to attend the Willys Reunion Fulton, Missouri, this weekend, so you can see it in person there.
“Very solid 1955 Willys Station Wagon from the dry western slope of Colorado. Powered by a 289 Ford V-8. The conversion looks to have been done in the 1970s. Perhaps the same same the 8-track player was added and the seats were covered with shag material. Original front and rear seats are all complete. The headliner and door panels appear original. The rest of the drivetrain in original with a T-90 manual 3 speed and a Dana 18 transfer case. It comes with an overdrive (not installed) that installs in the PTO window of the transfercase. It runs, drive, and stops. It was bought a while back from the widow of the guy who owned it in Colorado. Not much is known about how much it has been driven recently. The body is very solid. It wil need a patch on the flat part of the driver floorboard. All the rockers and fender wells are in very good condition for tis age.”

This lacks an engine, but seems like a promising project.
“The Willys Wagon was the first mass-produced all steel passenger wagons. Faux wood paint kept the need for nails out of the carriage production, but there was a challenge. These bodies were prone to rust. Located in Portland, OR and very like a west coast only vehicle, she’s had the advantage of salt-free roads. Finding a virtual cancer free Jeep wagon is like finding a ‘Willys’ Wonka golden ticket….
