“Hi, and welcome! Thanks for stopping by. You are looking at a 5×7 photograph printed on FujiFilm Crystal Archive emulsion paper depicting a column of Jeeps and trucks from the 10th Armored Division pushing through Portz, Germany on February 21, 1945.”
Another nice photo.
“Hi, and welcome! Thanks for stopping by. You are looking at an 8×10 non-original photograph printed on FujiFilm Crystal Archive emulsion paper depicting a Jeep and Half Track patrol from the 10th Armored Division’s 90th Cav Recon Squadron and the 54th Armored Infantry Battalion. The photo was taken in Saarburg, Germany on February 22, 1945. A German Pak-75 anti-tank gun can be seen abandoned in the foreground.”
One more fantastic photo.
“Hi, and welcome! Thanks for stopping by. You are looking at a 5×7 photograph printed on FujiFilm Crystal Archive emulsion paper depicting three GI’s of the 9th Armored Division’s 656th Tank Destroyer Battalion catnapping in their jeep somewhere on the road to Holzengel, Germany on April 11, 1945. These guys must have been absolutely smoked from the fast, non-stop advance into the Reich to be able to rack out three abreast in a Jeep. Anyone who has ever sat in a Jeep knows that they were not built for comfort. :)”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2800
“I have a super clean 1948 CJ2A Jeep for sale. This is a “lefty” version. That means the spare tire unlike most all other Jeeps from this era is mounted on the drivers side. Willys produced less than 100,000 of these “lefty” models and are pretty hard to find. It has 5 new (never run) Firestone NDT tires with blasted, primed, painted rims, tailgate and spare windshield frame. Also, just installed a new EverStart MAX battery. The 4 wheel drive all works. The radiator is solid, NO leaks. All gauges work. It is 100% bone stock original. The underbody “hat channels” are rusty but does not affect the driveability. It also does have some other minor rusty spots as most of the old Jeeps do. It was running great until recently when the oil pump decided to quit. It will need a new oil pump ($150.00) and she’ll be back running. The brakes will also need reworking. I did install a new (model correct) fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel sender, filter and fuel lines. That is all in perfect working condition. This is a super solid Jeep that just needs some minor TLC to be rolling again. It has not been hacked on or butchered up. I’m in the process of moving and have no place for it. I am trying to get the title but no guarantees. I am in contact with the original owner, he’s trying to help me get the title.”
UPDATE: Was $4500. **Status Unknown**
This has potential.

• Haven’t used 4 wheel drive, only 2 wheel drive.
• Previous owner added roll-bar, good military tires (only about 2,500 miles in last 7 years), headlights and turn signals, and bucket seats.
• Present owner had generator rebuilt; starts great.
• Driven May — November; stored inside during winter
• Needs a new speedometer (works at low speed)”

“I am looking to sell our 1943 WWII Army Jeep. Before we owned it, it belonged to my Grandfather. He was a Captain in the US Army during WWII, and in later years purchased the same year military jeep that he used during the war, and had it restored. It was in good running condition up until the time he passed away. We have owned it now for 5 years. It is not running at this time, but I believe that it is from sitting the past few years. It has been garage kept. We also have the original manuals for the jeep. This has been a very hard decision for us to make, so ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES will be considered.”
