(11/04/2015) “1958 Willys CJ-3B. Runs great. I replaced transmission with new from Kaiser Willys last year. Clutch was in really good shape so did not replace. Also installed Warn premium locker hubs and did extensive brake work and also rebuilt some of steering. Body is in nice shape with no meaningful rust (body and paint was done by a previous owner). Paint has a few minor flaws. Engine starts and runs well. Tires are excellent condition. Horn is missing, as is emergency brake cable. Cannot validate mileage.”
Looks like there’s some value here.
“good project, needs total resto

“This 1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A is a body-off restored example with a 134 CI 4-cylinder engine, 3-speed transmission, and upgrades for safety and highway cruising. It is fitted with seat belts and a roll bar as well as 11” drum brakes and locking hubs in the front and a Warn Overdrive unit to lower engine RPM at speed. Notable features include an original-style canvas top with the frames and bracketry which enable multiple configurations of the top and side curtains, as well as a cool bed-extension option in the rear.”

The engine compartment’s a little dirty, but it looks solid.
“This car has been sitting for quite awhile…..it is my dad’s car, but he has lost interest in it….ever since mom passed away……it was a good runner, before a timing gear went out….but has been sitting in the garage ever since, til we pulled it out….it is an older restoration…….with just a little TLC…it could be a good runner again……asking $9500 or trade for a newer Ford Truck”
Looks solid.
“Parting ways with a 1962 Jeep Willys Wagon. Most all original, including 6-226 Super Hurricane engine. I believe the only modifications to body or mechanical is a small mounting tab on the left, front bumper (can be seen in some pictures) and the battery/starter wiring. Jeep ran up great until about 3 years ago. It had a starter motor or solenoid requiring some work, I didn’t have the time and now here we are…
Some typical rusting in the back panel of the tailgate, typical for this make/model – you can see this in the pictures. There are also some shallow dents in the roof (you can see these from the pictures). Otherwise, the body is in good shape. This jeep has been garaged for the last 10 years or so.
More pictures are available upon request. Title is clean and in hand.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2200.
Dan spotted this truck.
“Up for sale is this original 1957 Willys 1 Ton 4×4 Truck. This truck has the 6 cyl. Super Hurricane Motor. It was purchased at an Estate Sale here in Napa. I had to rescue this awesome example of the top of the Willys Overland post war production. The truck is almost all there. The old story “it was running when it was parked” is what I got from the original owner. I also will combine a more rust free body of another truck same color for $500 more. The top of the transmission was off when I bought it. It has another transmission case in the bed. This is a great project rig for a full restoration or rock crawler. The truck has a clean California title!”
Has a plow, warn tranny, and Kelly hardtop, though the latter looks a bit rusty.
“1946 Willys cj with plow warn overdrive transmission.. Kelly hard top new ignition aND brake components body in bad shape”
Appears mostly stock.
“For Sale by Owner:
1962 Willys Jeep Model CJ3B. Great mechanical condition. No major modifications. Very little rust or body damage. It has spent too much of its life in a garage, and needs an owner who will drive it. Clean title. Serious parties only. Can be seen and driven in Gunnison Colorado. ”

“The First year of the “Hi Hood” to accommodate the New F head Hurricane overhead valve engine with more horsepower than the flat head of previous years.
This is all original and needs very little to be usable or easy restoration. These are getting very rare. This jeep has a straight body and only a little rust.
The engine runs and sounds great.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7500
(12/03/2013) I see nothing to indicate it’s earlier than 1947, but it does look good.
“This is a 1948, not a 1945 as my add previously stated. I made a mistake when originally posting..
All original drive train. Has overdrive. Mechanically perfect, needs nothing.”
