“This is a Rare 1962 Jeep FC-150 that would make an excellent restoration model.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
Seller provides LOTS of information.
“Up for sale is a 1957 Jeep FC 150 (serial number: 6554810262)
History:
This Jeep lived the majority of its life on a farm and ranch in the Northern California region of the United States until an older gentlemen finally convinced the rancher to sell it to him after many years of trying. Unable to devote the needed energy and time to put this tough looking creature back on the road, he handed over the keys to his nephew. The young man began a cosmetic restoration of sorts and brought the FC back to a running condition to be used in various parades and car shows.
UPDATE: This new photo on eBay seems to be a companion press photo to the one at the bottom. Both have the same release dates.
“1957 Press Photo Forward Control Jeep FC 170 Willys Motors Inc
This is an original press photo. The new four-wheel drive vehicle has a gross vehicle weight rating of 7,000 pounds, greatest capacity yet engineered into a “Jeep” vehicle.Photo measures 10 x 8.25inches.”
UPDATE: Were $5600. **SOLD**
These are worth a look. Buy them Friday and head straight to the FC Roundup this weekend!!
“2- Willys FC 170 Pick up. Both have good rolling chassis combine or fix both- very restorable. I need to clean out the barn. Bill of sale only. Not running!”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,000.
It’s ready for a drive.
“For sale 1960 Jeep FC150-4 cyclinder 3 speed 4 wheel drive. It has been painted, but is not restored to original”
It’s a project.
“I have a 1962 Willys fc150 cabover pickup truck. I have the truck completely disassembled for paint, but sadly am not going to have time to finish it up. The cab and bed are pulled off frame and stripped. I know these are very rare and hard to find in this condition. I am not needing to sell, but would rather see someone get with the time to finish. If any questions call or text 217-sixsixthree-seven52two. Thank you for looking I am asking 5200 obo, don’t be afraid to shoot reasonable offers!”
UPDATE: Was $3500. **Status Unknown**
“Jeep has been in the barn for decades and it is time for it to have a new home. Previous owner removed the engine and was working on making it so the cab would tilt forward, note hinges in the picture from the front. Jeep is still without engine and we don’t have an engine for it.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4000
Runs and drives. Is a very early FC.
“For sale 1957 Willys Jeep Forward Control FC-150 4X4 cab over pickup truck. I bought this original Fc-150 over ten years ago with the intention of restoring it. I simply have too many projects to get around to it. It has been stored indoors every since I bought it. The Jeep will run and drive but I stopped driving it due to the poor condition of the tires and brakes. Includes spare sheet metal parts including lower cab corners, spare door, remains of the original bed and more. This is the lowest known serial number on the Forward Control Registry! This is a rare model Jeep and I had to go to New Hampshire to get this one. I will only sell it to someone that has the plans and the means to restore it. If you want to build a swamp buggy go find an old wrangler! There is some rust in the lower cab corners but nothing that cannot be fixed. Get real this truck is 58 years old and is a project! The rest of the cab including the rain gutters are in good condition. I have a Florida little for it. I hate to see it go but I will only sell it to someone who is gone actually restore it…. Not stick it in a field to rot away or butcher it up… I’d rather keep it!”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $10,000
(02/25/2015) The price seems a bit high, but it might just be a placeholder.

Pete’s old custom FC is back on the market. It’s a well-built rig.
“This is Pete’s Truck from New Mexico that was in 5 magazines and is on a 1989 3/4 Ton Chevy Chassis has 350 Cu In with 700 Auto Transmission with 32 K mileage. Just replace All Steering Linkage and Steering Shaft Bearings and new shocks and have done few things to it since I purchased it. Just picked up a small trophy from a local show here and every one at the show just luv this Jeep and most said this was the first time they ever saw a Jeep FC. I bought it thinking I could slow myself down but going back to Sports car and want a Lotus Evora and so I have to sell this and another car to purchase. Very nice running truck and paint is in very nice condition for being 10 yrs old. Tires are in good condition.”

Has some driver’s side damage.
“1957 Willys FC-150 3/4 ton truck. I have used it as a Sunday cruiser since I’ve owned it and really enjoyed it. I’m on to other toys now, which is the reason I’m selling it. NOTE: The mileage is NOT accurate. The odometer doesn’t function and hasn’t since I purchased it.”

Seller is parting out this FC.
“WILLYS JEEP FC 170 Wiper Transmission
Mark’s son Tom Smith has just authored a great article at jeeptruck.com about the Hoptown Pizza story. You can read it here:
http://jeeptruckstories.blogspot.com/2015/02/hopping-along-in-fc-dream.html
You might remember when I published a brief story about the owners last October when my wife happened upon them at a farmers market. At the time they thought their truck was cute, but didn’t realize it was called an FC Jeep. So my wife, now being an FC ‘expert’, explained what they owned. I do love my wife!
BTW, Ann says their pizza was great. As part of an email exchange I suggested they try to make it to the FC Roundup this year.
UPDATE: **SOLD* Was $5000.

This M-677 has been crossed with a 2006 Mitsubishi truck chassis.
“You are looking at a One of a kind 1964 Jeep setting on a 2006 Mitsubishi chassis with a 4 cylinder Turbo engine with 16,000 original miles and automatic transmission!!Yep, you read that right!! This is a 1964 Jeep, forward control M-677 Truck……she is sitting on a super straight frame that can be easily stretched. It is set up to haul a 5th wheel with its 8 foot western hauler bed, has an electric wench on the front, Tilt cab, cruise control, tilt wheel, ice cold air, a stereo system and even has reclining seats!!
The original Mitsubishi instruments and wiring were used during the construction. It was then taken to the local Mitsubishi dealer and checked to make sure everything was like it was supposed to be. It is titled as a 64 Jeep so the taxes and registration are a lot less than a 2006 Mitsubishi. She can do it all!! We are selling this vehicle for a customer who custom built this beauty. He informs me that he had close to $45,000 in the truck when he finished it. It would be a super truck to put a roll back bed, or a ramp car hauler bed on. You will certainly not meet yourself at a traffic light. I will consider a serious offer or an interesting trade. Give me a call so we can talk about how we can make my truck yours.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $6900.
This Fire truck looks to be Jim Dobson’s FC. In the newest ad, there have been firetrucks from Dobson’s Antique Toy and Firehouse Museum that are now for sale. You might have remembered our visit to the museum in 2013.
