“For sale is a 1962 Willys Overland four wheel drive utility wagon. This truck is a rust free from Wyoming and has 66,500 miles. It has the original matching numbers motor and transmission. Transmission was rebuilt. This truck is a 3 speed manual with a 2 speed transfer case. It has a 230 cubic inch Tornado overhead valve hemi engine. I have installed new Warn hubs. It is in excellent shape with no body damage and all of the chrome and stainless trim. It seats 4 comfortably. Back opens for loading. It has all of the original wood floor trim. Have converted to new electric wiper system. Tires are like new. The body is in primer and is ready for paint of your choice. Very hard to find a 53 year old Willys Overland wagon in this good of shape. I have owned this since the early 90’s and have always stored it indoors. ”

Old images before the 2008 sale:
Seller has listed this as a 1943, but it looks more like a CJ-3A or even a DJ (no gas inlet).

I’m not sure if there is much value or not.
“These two (2) old Willys jeeps are up for sale. One is, basically, complete but body is more rough than the 2nd one that has the radiator. The engine in the one without the radiator was rebuilt and had been used very little until a lady lost control and ran into an object to crush the radiator. We’re not sure of the model year but believe to have been built in the mid 1940s,”
UPDATE: Was on eBay.
Anybody scanned this 16 page Jeepster brochure? This is the first I’ve seen it.
“1950 Jeepster Outstanding Sports Car color, dealer sales brochure (Willys – Overland), ORIGINAL. Form no. VJ73MI-3CM-350 measures 5.5 x 8.25 with 16 pages/panels. New engines Hurricane 4 and Lightning 6. Specifications on back page.”
Craig thought of me when he saw this early 40s postcard. Frankly, I never thought I looked that good in a bathing suit . . .
“Standard Size 3.5×5.5.”
Ken shared this link. The pedal jeep’s similarity (windshield, 3B look) to the “Phillipines?” pedal jeep on the CJ-3B page (you have to scroll down 3B page) suggests it may have been made in the Philippines. The body and seat are slightly different.
“Rare Chain Driven Jeep Pedal Car”
Jim spotted this ad. Looks like there is value.
“2 1946 willys jeeps CJ 2A both are complete with engines, trans, and axles.Have title for one.Neither one are running.”
