This DJ-3A Convertible is #30 (SN #10030). It looks like they opted for a hardtop rather than a soft top. It’s been sitting in a barn for many years, but looks pretty stock. The jeep has a Sears Aluminum Deluxe top, so hopefully the floors are in good shape. You’ll see on the engine an original dry-type air filter. The engine compartment also has a washer bag, suggesting this has a windshield sprayer; I wonder if it was foot powered? t only has a single vacuum wiper (the passenger side is a hand wiper). It may make a great restoration project. The seller listed it on Facebook here:

“1948 Jeep CJ2A
This is a one of a kind WWII jeep! It’s most likely the only one like it in this area as most of them aren’t fully enclosed. If you want something that’s impossible to drive without smiling, this is for you. I believe its original purpose was for communications equipment during WWII based on a little research I’ve done.
Everything works like new! Ok, that’s a lie, but it does drive down the road. It has working 4 wheel drive and hi/low range that functions correctly. The tires are brand new and have great grip in the mud and woods. It’s almost comical how well it rolls over logs and anything you put in front of it including small trees.
Year? CJ-2A Slaughters, IL $1350
Not sure how much value is here.
“Need work rat rod or restore call or text for info”
1953 CJ-3A Stafford, VA $1500
This appears to come with a Warn OD, which the seller seems to mistake for a PTO. I can’t identify the hubs, but they might be a set of Cutlass Bulldogs. The rear of the hardtop looks similar to a Porter & Reed top, but the rest doesn’t quite fit it.

“An aluminum cab from a Jeep Willys CJ 2A. I’m sure it would fit other Jeeps. In good, usable condition. Rear hatch door has latches to keep it open as seen in pictures. Doors are miss matched but could be made to fit with a little work. Some plexi-glass windows need replacement. Solid cab, great for a hunting rig or a plow rig. This posting is for the cab only.
