“L134 Go Devil motor runs well, rebuilt carb, new intake and exhaust manifolds, exhaust, radiator, hoses, starter, coil, battery, thermostat, all new brakes including lines and master, all new Walek 12V wiring harness, rebuilt steering box, removed tub to clean and repaint frame (394441) which was replaced at some point by previous owners. The tub was rebuilt by a previous owner and it you are a purest, it will need to have some rework. The 3 speed T90 transmission works, Dana 18 transfer case and Dana 41 rear is good. All gauges work however I have no documentation to confirm odometer.

Windshield is off 3A but have a 2A frame. I have the original air cleaner but prefer the K&N for better functionality. All fluids have been replaced this year and many seals replaced. That said, these Jeeps leak. Top speed is 35-40 mph. This Willys was manufactured in February of 46 so it would have had the column shift and been either Pasture Green or Harvest Tan. Found some Pasture Green on the underbelly. Looking for enthusiast who wants to take this restoration to the finish line”

“1947 jeep Cj2a, body is pretty rough, but the frame is almost perfect except for a small buckle at the frame horn. No title but all the body tags are there, even the frame tag. Runs and drives good, no brakes, needs wheel cylinders. New master cylinder. Needs foot starter wired up. Currently have a jumper wire to start. Needs a gas tank, has a plastic tank for now. “I have this gem of a jeep here, rust free 1945 willy’s cj2a with all original tub, body panels, axles, motor, trans, t-case, and much more. Flat head 6 3 speed. It has been 12v converted and a new carb and shocks and a few small things here and there, but I’d say about 90% original. Great restoration project. It runs and goes into gear hooked up to a gas can but there are fuel leaks, and the throttle and breaks are not connected. Might be able to fix it but I’m seeing what I’ll get for it as is.

Negotiable on price, but based on what everyone is telling me about this it’s worth every penny I’m asking and then some. Would easily go for 10k with minimal work giving her a tune up (which I have two boxes of new parts to do so) and can fetch upwards of 30k fully restored, which this is the perfect rust free body and frame to do that to. I want to restore it myself but I have too many projects, took this one in on trade.”

(08/20/2020) “I have two…not one but two Willis jeeps for sale…I want 1800.00 for both of them… u get two jeeps for 1750.00 I have titles in my name..one jeep is a 1946..first year public was offered a Willis jeep….the other is a 1948.. I have never heard them run…and have never tried to start them…they do have rust…holes….in frames…u could fix them though… u can buy any part u need for these old willys… one is pretty solid as u can see in pics..the other is rougher but still useable…the factory power take off pto is hanging out the back..just like it came… Both should fit on a trailer at same time…. I will not sell parts off these jeeps…unless u want to,pay asking price of jeep for the parts..”
