Looks like a fun jeep ready for some off-roading. With all that power and updates, it could use a full rollcage IMHO.

“Hy Lo Jeep Snow Plow parts removed from a CJ3A Jeep but may fit other models. Most everything except the blade. The hydraulic cylinder would move up and down before we removed it and other than that we know very little about these.”
Listed as a 1954, all signs point to it being a 1946 CJ-2A.

Randy and his son Carson are currently part way through a cross country trip in two flat fenders. Their journey began a few days ago in Jacksonville, Florida. Their western destination is Ventura, California. From there, they plan to drive back, heading slightly farther north through Utah and Colorado, before angling back south towards Florida. They’ve been documenting their trip on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ P?id=100085873092539
Here are a few pics.
This is a map of their route. They are currently in Arizona driving west along the yellow line.
From Florida, they drove to Alabama, but had a few mechanical issues at one point.
Then on to Mississippi:
They got caught up in some rain, but that didn’t stop them:
Soon, they were in Arkansas (cool stickers ;-)):
Eventually they hit Texas (and likely had good weather from there):
They’ve are equipped to camp at night:
Lots of updates to this jeep, including a Parkette fiberglass body and Bobcat fiberglass hood.

Truck is complete. Body work has been done to the bed, rear fenders, front wheel flares, and dog house. Cab has rust in the floor boards, rockers, doors, and around places in the top belt line. “Forced to sell my willyz projects. I have two Willyz flat fenders for sale one is a 1943 and one is a 1945. There is also a 1980s chassis with a complete engine. Not sure if it runs, it does spin over. Also included is a pile of parts and a running Buick v6 engine. Both “jeeps” have all body including both windshields in perfect condition. The 1943 frame has been slightly modified to fit scout suspension. I am selling the whole package as a unit. Need it gone as soon as possible $4000 or best offer, at this point ALL offers will be considered. I hate to part with it all but there is no other option.”
Frame is broken. No title. Might be worth a look.

“Project Military Willy’s (M38). This has all parts and will be a major project but you won’t have to hunt for some of the harder to find items. This has been at my family friends ranch for 40 years and I am helping him sell this gem. There were 60k of these made and there aren’t many left. Hoping the right buyer will see the beauty in this and restore it to its former glory. I will do my best to answer questions. Bill of Sale only.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(09/06/2022) This is still titled in New Hampshire. It lacks front frame horns, so either it is a very late CJ-2A or it’s seen some work.

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/818919309122517
“This is my beloved 1948 CJ with a sweet homemade body made out of plate steel with the t-bucket look. It has a reproduction m38 windshield. It has the L134 with the desired kaiser SuperSonic head, t90, and dana 18. It comes on 31×10.50r15 Mastercraft mud terrain tires. This jeep gets all the attention whereever it goes. Jeep has a tabor 9k pound winch with in cab controls. The frame has been boxed. The seats are xp1000 seats out of a newer Polaris RZR. Has LED lights all the way around. Has Brennan Metcalfs tracker disc brake conversion on the front axle. This jeep is well tested on and offroad, it goes everywhere. I really hate to sell it but don’t really need 5 jeeps, and would hate to see it sit. I would like $5000”
Bill is selling this unique MB/CJ-2A frame.
https://www.facebook.com/commerce/products/rare-very-early-willys-jeep-cj2a-frame
“I am selling a very rare early cj2a frame. You may ask what makes this one rare. It is a 1945 willys mb (ww2 jeep), modified by willys to work with the cj2a. Over 22 modifications where made by willys to.use this frame with the cj2a production such as cutting the machine gun mount to clear the cj2a body. Some reports state only 100 of these frames where used. Included with this sale is the dash data tages with serial number. Not included are the leaf springs in the photos. The axles however can go. Wheels are already sold.”
These are reported to be identical, so only one is shown in the pictures. Thanks to Blaine for sharing.
