Body is in excellent condition with only surface rust in places. original tires appear to have been recapped. Original pin stripe seats, dauntless V-6. 3 speed manual with warn overdrive. Amazing survivor collector piece”

“Ror sale, Arctic Cab that fits an M38 Jeep or a CJ-3A. Asking $200. It has all the components except there is no windshield. It needs a windshield with straight legs that mounts straight up and down. All the panels and the doors are insulated with high density foam. You can see the insulation in the photo of the inside of the top. All mounting hardware and nuts and bolts are included.”
This has one of the odder front bumpers I’ve seen. The jeep appears to be solid with a Beck or Kelly hardtop. Note what may be a King Seeley 0-8 speedo.

“1946 willys no motor trans and transfer case are in tact very solid project clear title in hand”
This looks to be a 1970 body or later given the rear fuel inlet. Are those summer hubs? I can’t tell for sure.

“Grandma bought this Jeep brand new in 1966. Always has run great. Has not been started in several years. Been garaged for the last year. Comes with USMC trailer and couple sets of wheels and tires. Plan was to restore to original, but just never seem to get a good start, so time to turn over to someone else.”
I believe this is a Jiffy cab model, but I don’t remember being able to disassembled it quite so much. Maybe I’m just spacing that.

“1945 Willy’s WWII MB,.I am tired of hearing it is not all original, when I specifically stated the roof was fabricated by my father, and electric wipers added. Yes it does have all the data plates, yes frame is 100% solid, yes the floor pans are a hundred percent solid, all of the flaking visible in pictures, is the original WWII paint, yes I can vouch for that, I was the one that purchased the paint back in 1988. Please, read description. If 10,000 Dollars Is Way out of your budget, then I don’t know what to say, purchase one for 25 thousand. This is another true barn find. My Grandfather purchased this right out of World War II, yes with title, where it has spent its entire life in New York.no work has been done to the engine, transmission, or rears, yes I can vouch for that because it has been in the family for three generations.
Everything on this Jeep is original EXCLUDING the roof and the electric wipers. Everything worked on this Jeep as it should when it was parked. Will need all basic tuneup items and will run great. Bring a trailer, has one tire that is dry rotted and shot. Selling price is relatively firm at 10,000 but does have a little wiggle room. Again, It does have a title. Also have an ordinance manual and the original World War II lubrication chart that goes into the metal pocket under the hood. If anyone is interested, my grandfather purchased a military starlight scope that used to go on a tripod. I have just the scope, not the tripod, scope does work, and will let that go reasonably. Please, serious offers and cash only. I don’t mean to sound condescending, but offering 2-3,000 for a 78-year-old vehicle that is hundred percent solid is both ridiculous and insulting, I will entertain all serious offers.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(08/16/2023) This appears to have an unusual hardtop. I’m not sure if the “complete body restoration kit” is a new body? Or body panels? Or?
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/238007025630669
“Comes with complete body restoration kit and windshield Also has many small parts right down to original screws for rebuild Have title Some body rust Good flooring, engine, frame is solid Has mounting for snow plow Was on the road two summers ago It is a 1947 but with the better engine from the 50’s that had much more spunk AMC 4 Cylinder engine upgrade Many extra parts included that be used for repairs Could be driving with very little effort or completely restored with parts included”
Unclear how much value is here. No description provided. It has a Sears-brand-type hardtop.
Bill shared this one. It runs, so there should be value here.

“No trades. Not responding to is this available. Has a title. This is a Willys CJ3B that last ran and drove about 15 years ago. I pulled the head off to fix some sticky exhaust valves. Put it back together and compression is low. I’m moving on.
Frame is very solid. Front horns are a little bent due to no bumper. Transmission and tcase shifts in all gears nicely. Body needs some floor repairs as shown in photos.
If you want a set of tires and wheels that hold air, I can swap these for an aftermarket set of wheels that I have listed for sale on my profile (for free).”
Seems to run and drive. Has a sears deluxe hardtop.

“Will not respond to is this still for sell 1956 Willy runs good and drives good all 12v except the starter and generator new wiring harness new tubes in tires all new gages and switch’s I have the original papers and it’s got less than 20000 on the jeep original motor I’ve not touched it but to change the oil. Got the top, doors, and plow that goes as well. Jeep came from California was used as a dirt road plow. Title in hand’
The top on this is an interesting one. I thought it was a Porter & Reed (the front portiion appears identical (maybe built from that design?), but it has angled edges along th sides of the top rear rather than rounded ones. Another Kanas-based aircraft-related manufacturer of hardtops was Blue Star, but this doesn’t look like one of theirs.

“95% bone stock 1947 Willys CJ 2a Jeep. Orig flathead 4 cylinder engine w/3 SPD trans and stock transfer case. Engine has not been started for approx 20 years but turns freely by hand. Body in decent shape w/75 years worth of dings, dents and rust. The hat channels are needing the most work. The top (aluminum)is a unique “military look” that, according to original owner, was built and installed by a Wichita aircraft manufacturer in 1948. The interior seats, including the rear seat, are correct. The transmission and transfer move into their gears freely but the unit seems to leak an excessive amount of fluid into the driveway. The engine also seeps oil from the oil pan drain plug. Frame is in excellent condition showing only a slightly bent front bumper end. This is a very original 1947, the perfect candidate for a resto. Currenly registered and titled. Numerous extra parts included: f & r axles, trans / trans case etc. Rolls freely on old tires.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $2200.
(08/06/2023) This doesn’t run at the moment.

“1946 Jeep Willys CJ2A This Jeep has the L134 engine, “F” script head. I purchased the Jeep in January with hopes to restore it. I just don’t have the time. Currently does not run, no title but I can provide a bill of sale.”
