No shots of the whole jeep in one photo, but the close ups suggests this is a great shape.
This beautiful old Jeep was purchased new in 1962 for my mother for her weekly “Jeep rides”. However, shortly thereafter my parents purchased a summer house on the lake and the Jeep was parked in the garage most of the time while the water was enjoyed. When I inherited it in 2005, I had it compleely gone through mechanically. There were a couple of bubbles, so it was professionally repainted in the original color. It sat in the garage once again until I had it inspected in 2008. I hoped that I finally had the time to drive and enjoy my beloved Jeep. However, to my dismay I discovered that my newly diagnosed rheumatoid artritis prevented me from safely driving it. So I parked it in the garage once again until I finally realized that it is time to sell my Jeep to someone who can truly enjoy it. Continue reading

(04/15/2017) Cargo area has a diamond plate floor.
“My uncle has decided it’s time to part with his jeep and has asked me to help him sell it. It is a 1952 willy’s cj3a. 4 cylinder motor, spicer dana 44 posi-trac rear end, t-90 transmission with a warn overdrive. It also has a pto winch. The heater and wipers work. He has had this jeep for along time, at least 30 years and probably longer. He has told me that he rebuilt the motor, painted and undercoated the body since he bought the jeep. He had to have done this sometime soon after he acquired the jeep because I don’t recall him doing anything like that for some years. He is in his 80’s. Anyhow this jeep runs like a top.
I went for a short drive the day I took pictures and it’s incredible to me how smooth everything ran and shifted and also how quiet it was. I didn’t see any rust in any areas other than where your feet sit on the floorboards. The rear of the tub has been replaced with diamond plate, before my uncle owned it. Included are the rear seat and all the bows for a top as well as the door frames. The jeep also has a am/fm radio and a cb radio. I took about 15 pictures which I can send to serious buyers. The jeep is located 2 hrs from my house, so I can’t show it to everyone and will have to plan showings out in advance. Serious inquiries can call. Thanks for your interest. Mike”

(04/14/2017) Missing some steps, but looks in good shape.
“1946 CJ 2A Willys Jeep. Nice rust free jeep that would take nothing to make it perfect, or do a military replica. Frame and underside look as good as the top side. Runs perfect, engine rebuilt. both differentials rebuilt, 4 wheel drive and transfer case work perfect. Warn Hubs, nice top, converted to 12 volts, all lights work, all wiring replaced, and I have the spare wheel. This is the original body not a replacement. Not many of these are left. Currently registered to me in CT”
Appears in good shape.
“Here’s your chance to own an American Classic! This Willys Jeep has been in one family since 1948. The vehicle had a frame up restoration in the mid-1980s and is still in solid condition and good working order. It has been garage kept and meticulously maintained over the years. The car starts and runs great. All of the wiring works (odometer needs connected).
If you are interested in purchasing or learning more about the Jeep please contact me by e-mail. I would be happy to send additional information and photos on request.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
It’s probably had some side panel work done.
“Fun Jeep to drive, clear title, 4 wheel drive with high and low range transmission. Drive on or off road. Duallys look like is a factory option. They add roll over stability on slopes and hills, and less rutting in mud. Have owned for 25 years, I do think the miles listed is likely correct as I bought it from a golf course. Vehicle does wander some at higher speeds on road, and wipers don’t work. May have minor amount of additional miles (less than 100) when sold. NO RESERVE”
