Has some minor mods and some bondo on the driver’s side at the very least.

“1948 willys cj2-a This is a fun jeep to drive, it runs and drives down the road great. The fourwheel drive works as it should and it has a clean title. It has been converted to 12volt system. Had plans to restore this jeep but have too many projects and not enough time. Its a good jeep to drive around the way it is or do a full restore and it to car shows and parades.”
You’ll want to check the body closely, as it has floor patches and modifications to the steps.

“Good running jeep. Solid. Older paint. Runs drives and stops. Brakes have not been serviced in awhile so would di so before putting on the road. 4×4 and high low work. Roll bar. Windshield has small crack. Has front tow bar. Tires are good. Clean title. Comes with spare tire.”
Given the Kelly half cab, there might be some value here.

UPDATE: I *think* things are back to normal? Well, not so much normal. I will do a few updates before our trip, then a few scattered updates plus some reruns during our week-long trip.
Due to ongoing updates to the site’s software framework, no updates Thursday morning.
UPDATE: Comments are now fixed.
I hope everyone enjoyed the temporary break! It is easy to forget that a website is always one corrupted file away from going down.
Speaking of breaks, we have a week trip planned to Arizona starting Monday. It won’t be a slow winding trip, as 1) we need to get down and back in a week’s time (cows and home responsibilities) are a big reason for the quick trip; 2) we have a small not-bad weather window for coming back; and 3) we have reduced our social interactions, because both Ann and I had some sucky, lingering long-covid issues last year (so, we reduced our exposure to folks and take pre-cautions; I am finally feeling like my old self).
One of our objectives is to pick up a Muller top frame in California that Mike has been kind enough to save for me. I plan to rebuild one for Biscuit following the original plans (probably next fall or winter, which is likely when I’ll have time to finally address Lost Biscuit.
Our second objective is to test drive and purchase a new vintage jeep. I look forward to sharing the news should everything go as we expect!
These three Warn brochures are on eBay.
For a couple weeks I’ve been having problems loading some images from Facebook Marketplace in my safari browser (I can load the same pages successfully in other browsers like Firefox and Google Chrome). This is an annoying issue because, obviously, it means I can’t see some ads for use on eWillys.
I finally determined that Facebook is experimenting with using Google’s “.WEBP” format for some pics. The solution is to update my Safari browser. Okay, that’s doable.
My problem is that the WordPress version I run (the platform under the eWillys skin) won’t let me post those files, which means I have to move those images to a photo program, then resave them as jpegs.Well, that’s a pain I don’t need!
So, I need to update my WordPress instance, but sometimes that breaks things. So, if Ewillys goes down, I tried updating and things didn’t go well. (I have other sites that update just fine, but my eWillys webhost has locked down the eWillys files tightly, which is both good (for security) but bad (for me manipulating things).
Anyway, if some of you also have the problem with broken images in some Facebook Marketplace ads, that’s likely why (Only seems to happen in some auto ads).
Appear solid. Has some updates and a few changes.

“1946 Willys Jeep CJ-2A. Mostly original. Has flanged axel rear end with posi. Original flat head 3 speed 5.38 geared. 31 10.50 tires. Seats have been recovered it has been repainted. This is a trail jeep it does have a few minor scratches.”
UPDATE: I had this as a 1978 issue, but I think it may actually be from 1979.
After a year of 20 page newsletters, this one and the next one were cut to twelve pages. This includes an extra flyer advertising jeep equipment. The readers letters section (pg 2-3) contains descriptions of clubs that match my memories of being in a club.
I received the latest issue of Dispatcher Magazine yesterday. In it, John Gunnel discusses Howard Tibbal, his huge circus model, and circus jeeps, while Barry Thomas shares how Henry Ford saved the jeep.
Roberto shared some jeep art he’s done recently. If you are interested in having him illustrated something, you can reach him through http://robertoflores.com.
Nice jeep with a variety of updates.

“We have a 1948 flat fender Willy’s overland wagon. Has a rebuilt 4-71 hurricane engine. Column 3 speed, with the factory overdrive. Original Rearend , and Suspension. I put new KYB shocks all around, since we bought it.
We bought this Willys at an estate sale. The previous owner, own it for 40 years. He loved it, but unfortunately, he passed before getting the rebuilt engine running. It’s been sitting since 1997, undriven. I put all new brake shoes, wheel cylinders, and master cylinder. Has manual brakes. Brand new radiator and shroud. Decent paint, for its age. It is not running. Needs your expertise, This Willy’s comes with all new windows and rubber seals. A few more boxes of parts, and a new exhaust system, not installed yet. Light rust on front floors, solid vehicle, but has rust under the drivers door and below drain holes on sliding windows in back. Great flat fender, for you to put your spin on. We have a clean title on Non Op status
